Keep up the good work. Unfortunately, the store did not have the fishing rod I chose in stock.

Had to come here to get some soccer equipment, when I got lost, asked staff for help, they are the most friendly and chill staff I’ve probably ever met going to any store really. I would definitely say they know how to train staff to be very kind.

Spur of the moment decision to stop at this location as I was simply driving by. I'm commending Tom in the Athletic Department who assisted my son regarding boxing gloves. Personable gentleman and very knowledgeable about the products in question. Spoke of his own use of one particular glove, which I love to hear feedback when an employee actually is using a product that is associated with a possible purchase. Really informative, not pushy for a sale, just a fabulous visit overall. We did purchase a pair of gloves that my son is most happy with. So thank you Tom for making a spur of the moment trip a great thing to do.

Lots to choose from. We took advantage of on line ordering right in the store. Free shipping was a bonus. Store staff were very helpful. NY/NJ sports teams well represented and you just have to ask.

Extremely satisfied with the staff at this particular location. I was trying to get a Yeti cooler for the longest time, i called up, they verified stock on the particular one i wanted and suggested i place the order online to make sure i got it. When i arrived, pick up was a breeze. There was a small issue with the cooler but it was straightened out right away by the manager and an employee named Noor. Calling the store was a little bit of a pain, but physically being there is a totally different story. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Thanks again!

The employee that works on the sneaker department is super helpful. He was multi-tasking on getting sneakers on the back and he was on point. Bryanna is super nice and very informative on selling products. The greeter was nice and giving a warm welcoming to all customers that was coming into the store. Definitely will come back in case I need anything.

This should have been done a month ago, but last month I delivered a catering here for Black Friday. I went to leave to find that my battery had died. Employees Ruth and John came to help me out, got my battery charged, and helped me get back to work. I was not a customer and it must be one of, if not the, busiest days of the year. They went out of their way to help me out and they were super friendly. They deserve the best because they give it their all. Thanks again!

Friendly staff and great customer service from EVERY employee there.. store is clean and associates will ASK if you need help if they see you looking around. First time in this particular store and they blew away all the others. Will definitely make this my go to store from now on!

Really has everything you could need for sports. So much to look at and enjoyable.
Even with a huge crowd they have so many registers open that the lines go quick.

My only complaint is that the clothes sections aren't really labeled so it's hard to tell where you are if you are looking for youth items.

We as a family had the best experience purchasing new bikes for our kids, who are 7 and 5 yrs. Gabriella who working at the bike section was amazing, knowledgeable and super helpful. It was a seamless process - her demeanor and service level was beyond five stars. Jonathan our associate at check out also provided 5 star service. It is nice to see sales associates that take pride in the work, deliver wonderful customer service and were a pleasure to work with. Our kids were so happy with their bikes and most important the experience both Gabriella and Jonathan provided, which in turn will be lasting memory for our kids. Thanks for hiring - Great people that make a difference!

Went on a Saturday very busy day but there was a very helpful young lady helping my group out. Very amazing member and very knowledgeable about the soccer cleats. If I remember correctly her name was Denisse. Also don’t wanna seem like a weirdo she was very cute as well… so maybe if she sees this add me on ig? @Kevin_m1351 if this works imma be losing it

Thank you Gus. I came in to replace my baitcaster and found one but had a small nick in it and didn't see the other it said was in stock. Gus took the time to help me out and make sure I didn't leave empty handed. I spent a little more because he was able to help and make sure the customer was taken care of.

They do not carry soccer cleats for small kids (they have youth sizes but not child) and none of their stores in the area do either. The employee that assisted me, Daniel, was very helpful and went above and beyond to look for items and look online to try and accommodate our need but unfortunately the store just didnt have what we needed. Thank you anyways!

Was able to quickly pick up my fishing license fast and easy with no waiting. Staff was pleasant and helpful in making sure I got what I needed. I would recommend anyone to go who needs any type of sporting needs.

Helpful staff but a bit messy. Found a nice muck boot but staff spent about half hour looking for the matching pair. Thankfully they did find it and when it rang up it was a $170.00 and I paid $37.00. All around great purchase and helpful staff.

Amazing smooth service even on a busy day here right before baseball tryouts. Gus took care of my son’s baseball gear and even broke in his brand new mitt!! Nicole at the register was unbelievable helping us with some good advice with which warranties made sense and which ones we can do without. My wife also loves this location specifically for her running gear while she’s marathon training (IG: @runninginstride). Great staff here. Thank you Gus and Nicole!
