I have been using the Staples print and ship department for years. When I receive a PDF for a blueprint I need for a job all I have to do is send the PDF to Staples, and they will take over from there. They will ask me what size blueprint I want without distortion. I think that I was there for only about 10 minutes for them to print out my last blueprint. The price was great too!

I ordered prints that did not come out how I anticipated they would. Ydeka was so helpful and kind to me. She resized the flyer and reprinted them out for me. She saved me time, money and energy having to redo them at home and then pick them up again. I'm grateful to Ydeka for taking the time to correct my errors and explain to me how to avoid the issue in the future. Thank you!!

TSA PreCheck - it was so smooth, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The lady working was both knowledgeable and personable, I didn't catch her name or I'd give her a shout out, she was working 10/18 late morning. I highly recommend going here if you are looking to get PreCheck

I had to go to Staples ( 501 Route 17 Paramus) to complete my TSA application. I met Ms. Fuller. She made this task sooo easy being very knowledgable and friendly. we need more people like her in the workplace. Don't ever let her go, give her a raise, make her a manager. Store was very clean and well laid out. I easily found the items I was searching for. The cashier helped me download the Staples Connect App and then assisted me in finding a great coupon which reduced the total price of my purchase. He advised me how to keep track of my points and coupons for the future, as well!

Had a great experience at this location. A kind employee named Justin helped me find the product I needed and found me the best of its kind. Great people!

Great service, super friendly and helpful staff. I'd like to recognize Jack, and manager Juan for their help tonight with copies of my art. No issues with my order, just wonderful pleasant conversation and happiness as Jack prepared my copies. Jack has helped me on multiple occasions, they are wonderful! Definitely recommend.

Exceptional help from the front desk cashier John! He provided such amazing customer service and was very helpful! Bob also came to help answer another question and the two worked really well together to help me with my supplies needs. I wish every store I went to that I needed help could provide same service as them! Made my trip easier.

I was a FedEx customer for all my print needs - after the exceptional customer service at the print department by Yolanda and Sarah, I will continue to use the Paramus Staples Print Center. The team there is proactive and highly knowledgeable of the services - they made my experience stress-free. I couldn’t ask for better service than that print team.
