Great local spot! Everything was delicious!

We got the calamari and the mesclun and pear salad for appetizers. The entrees we got were the ziti Sicilian with eggplant and ricotta, linguini bolognese, and the broiled seafood with capellini.

Adding to our local rotation for sure!

My wife and I love Dante's. We came here for dinner on New Year's Eve without a reservation and they were happy to accommodate us on a very busy night. The food was all delicious and, tho a bit pricy came in great proportions, and the staff was great and attentive. Easily the best Italian restaurant in the neighborhood.

Excellent menu choices, I particularly love the Halibut and risotto option. I’ve also hosted 2 baptisms in the private party room, they’ve customized the menus for my parties. I couldn’t be more happy with the excellent service and delicious food! I highly recommend Dante’s.

Best food , very very good! We drove from Canada to New York and found this place when we were looking for specialty restaurants. The boss was very enthusiastic and the waiters were very responsible and friendly. If I have the opportunity to travel here again, I will come back.

Dante's food was awesome. The owner and staff were super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely travel again from Brooklyn just to come back for the food and hospitality. By the way it's a BYOB spot.

The space is cozy, we were very well received! The employees are polite and kind! I ate lobster ravioli and I can say, it was one of the best dishes I've ever eaten, it was delicious.

Recently we visited wth friends who eat on a weekly basis. We have been as well a number of txs. Food always fresh & cooked well. Staff very friendly & accommodating. Highly recommended!

Dantes is definitely a 5 star restaurant with great food. The service always goes up and beyond helping to whatever you need.

Had their private dining room in the back, and it was great. The women who took care of me made great suggestions, and all the food we picked was delicious. Was able to bring our own wine in which was great. Fantastic price for what you are getting. No one rushed us out the door or chased me down to pay. Everything went at a nice pace, and I felt we had adequate time to spend there. The bill was broken down and easy to read. Would highly recommend having your next gathering here.

Excellent food!! Great selection. My wife and I love seafood and we were not disappointed. The cannoli I had for dessert was one of the best I've ever had. Prices are typical of a quality Italian restaurant but you most definitely get what you pay for. BYOB saves a bundle. I highly recommend Dante's.

Delicious food, accommodating staff, and comfortable outdoor dining 🍕🍝

Went here last night and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food given our previous tries at other places in the area. This is a solid Italian-American restaurant. Place was clean, staff was attentive and the food was fresh. I especially enjoyed their sorbetto, not many places get sorbetto right and this was excellent.

We just finished our dinner with the kids there. We stopped on our way home to NY for a quick dinner and wanted to eat the food in the car since we had our dog with us. Gladly, we met the owners after ordering the food to go . He Immediately offered to take a table outside for us. To top the amazing accommodation and service the food was great. Highly recommended Italian spot !

Little late on this post, but came here a few weeks ago on a Saturday night right before close. They welcomed me and my family in and treated us like family. We were the last ones in the restaurant and they never rushed us. The owner even came over and talked to us and gave my kids lollipops. It was such a warm feeling. The food was excellent. Portions sizes were big and everything was cooked from the heart. If I am ever back in the area, I would definitely come again.

A bit old style interior but good place for BYOB.

I had the best time and meal @Dante’s. It was my first and didn’t know what to expect. Elena ask me (and she was lovely) what I liked and she came back with a real surprise. Veal with spinach in garlic. I promise to bring my friends there and more. Thanks Elena.

Dante’s restaurant has been family favorite for over 25 years and getting better as time passes. The staff are always great and attentive to our needs . The food is of excellent quality and taste.Lunch or dinner is always a great choice and won’t disappoint. It is also BYOB which is a bonus. The staff and cooks will accommodate anyone in our party that has food allergies or sensitivities.
