Ricardo was the greatest of all time. I would never imagine driving off in my dream car but he made it come true. He is honest, respectful and most importantly professional and a man of his word. I was in a hole with the Honda civic I had and he helped me get rid of it and had me drive off with a Q50LUXE. WOW...David Garcia was FANTASTIC! We have been looking for a BMW X3 M for a while, had to be a specific color on the inside and outside. We drove almost all SUV/Crossover vehicles to find the right one for my wife, and the BMW X3 M was the one.

Infinity of Edgewood in NJ has the exact vehicle with only 6,600 miles on it. David was super nice to deal with, he went to bat for us to get the car at the price they advertised and he was a true gentlemen all the way through the process.

It was my first time and I was shocked unlike the other Infiniti dealerships that I’ve visited I felt comfortable. Bob who assisted me was very pleasant, I was well informed as to what services were being performed to my vehicle as well as what needed to be done upon my next visit. The wait time was not very long. Overall it was a great experience for the first time and I would highly recommend.

Ricardo was my salesman. He was great! I saw the BMW m4 online and inquired about it. I spoke with Ricardo about the car and had some questions about delivery. He really wanted me to check the car out in person first, just so i know thats the car for me before i went through the delivery process.
So i drove north from Maryland, 2 1/2 hours, to New Jersey. Well worth the drive. The car is absolutely perfect.
Ricardo is a very nice guy and kept his promises he made as we were talking about the car. Very easy to deal with. The whole process was easy and Ricardo made sure things went smoothly.

This was the 3rd time I leased a vehicle from Infiniti of Englewood. This time the overall experience wins 5 stars because of Ricardo who was very patient, knowledgeable, professional and friendly and most important his attitude was positive throughout the entire leasing process.
The leasing experience this time, felt less stressful to me because of the fact that Ricardo understood what I wanted he was very easy to deal with and his friendliness offset the "tensions in the air" (that sometimes created by aggressive salesman).
