Teleflora flowers

If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an order on 4/24 for delivery 5/1 for my daughters baptism 5/2. By 2pm on 5/1 and no flowers I called and was told had a delivery window of 11am-7pm. So at 7pm when I still had no flowers I call again and they could not get in touch with the florist. I give the benefit of the doubt and wait til the next morning. I call again and they still could not contact the florist. There was no regard for the situation or caring for the fact that this order was for a special event. I was beside myself. I was supposed to be contacted within 24 hours to be given an explanation and that call never came. On 5/3 I called and demanded a full refund. They were yet again unable to reach the florist and said they have to confirm the cancelation before they could put through the refund. And I wouldn’t be refunded for 10 business days after that confirmation. The lack of regard and sincerity is deeply puzzling. I will never order from Teleflora again. Very sad.

I never post these things BUT, this was the WORST floral place. I wish I could give them 0 stars but its not an option. I ordered mothers day flowers and firstly they where the wrong flowers, secondly my card was completely wrong, third the flowers dried in 1 day, and lastly when I requested that they send me the correct flowers and card or give me a full refund they refused and stated they could only give me a 40% off discount code (why would I want your code I will never buy flowers from them again). So I called and the women on the phone stated they can only give me a 50% refund. So I asked where exactly on the website it states this because I would have never purchased flowers knowing I would get 50% back if I disliked the service. WELL.... it doesn't say it on the website NO WHERE and she couldn't find it either. This place is a literal JOKE!

Absolutely terrible. $70 for a tiny bouquet of greens mums and roses and one orchid. pastel Pinks and yellows. Bedraggled. Ordered tall dramatic ikebana arrangement in vibrant colors. They did not match style color size or quality of flowers and cheap metallic container leaks. Useless for my purpose. Offered me return of $20.

Ordered Lily arrangement to be delivered and was given daisies instead. For that money I spent, I could have gone out and found some wild lilies. Also was supposed to have a free Email personalized message sent with the order and never received it. Called customer service and they hang up on me. I’ll never use this company again.

I wish I read all the previous reviews - complete SCAM: not only the flowers arrived 3 days late, but also completely different (way cheaper) bouquet. Will be disputing charges with my bank.

Ordered flowers for a friend's birthday a week early and on the day they were to be delivered, I received an email stating the order could not be filled! Not even the courtesy of a phone call. I will NEVER use this company again. POOR customer service!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I spent over $250 and they sent the wrong types of flowers to my best friend. Completely ruined her birthday! This company is a scam!

Very unprofessional, missed the person I wanted to receive the flowers and for whatever reason they’re not allowed to give out the florist information. The delivery was set for 2pm and it is now 3pm and they can’t figure out where my order is.

Ordered flowers and requested delivery before noon and paid the $15 fee. The flowers were not delivered on time and missed the person. Its ridiculous

Badly managed company. Delivery dates are never achieved, customer service is clueless, flower quality is poor, website descriptions are misleading and false in some cases.

The worst place to order flowers. Nothing delivers on time and the customer service will just hang up on you. Absolutely horrible.

I wish I saw the reviews before ordering. Smh

This company needs to be shut down.
