I received a ticket for accidentally turning right on red at an intersection that did not allow it on my way to a wake in the area. First off, big ups to the officer that handed me that ticket. When appealing online to the court and explaining my situation, I was given a plea deal of unsafe operation thinking a first offense was between $50-$150. I'll take blame for not knowing the $250 surcharge and the court fee, but the total ticket was $440. I called and confirmed the court handed me the maximum fine of $150 for the first offense. Absolutely heartless all around from Teaneck.

Police officers are a joke. Was going home to Fort Lee and was pulled over because the police officer said I was speeding. Ended up giving me 2 tickets that were not related to speeding when I explained as to why I wasn't speeding. What a dump, they probably needed to fill their ticket quota for the day.

Prosecutor Michael Kingman in this court is very dishonest. He lied and said to me that my traffic ticket is 5 point and tried to make me agree to change it to bigger fine to "unsafe driving". I knew it was only two points, but he kept trying to scare me with 5 points. I wish I could report his illegal activity with video I recorded of in zoom meeting.

I was shocked at how they run their courthouse here. The policemen are condescending beyond belief. They must've had such a traumatic past to want to put others down without hearing a fair explanation first. i guess karma will get them

They're horrible I keep getting warrants and no court dates from these people and they don't even care and I'm almost 9 months pregnant

Just any typical corrupt NJ courthouse/police dept..
