I was a little skeptical about this site, I wanted to purchase some Nike Air Max 1’s as a gift for my girl, and they had them in stock at the right price and shipped really fast. Totally satisfied with this purchasing experience so I will use them again without hesitation.

I had my own situation where my package was stolen from my apt building. Sent an email to explain and they were more than happy to help. Long story short, I got my pair! Email was my main form of contact but they do have a warehouse #, don't call the store for online orders.

The physical store in Teaneck is an amazing experience. I have gone for a sneaker release as well as regular day to day shopping. The employees are always friendly and accommodating, the store is clean and organized, most importantly the shopping experience is easy and stress free. Simply put, Packer is my go to boutique in NJ.

I made a mistake when placing an order and after reading reviews I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to reach someone. But actually after emailing the email they provide they got right back to me even though it was a holiday. They were very attentive to my problem and solved it no questions asked!
