Sawyer Place Laz Parking

I only parked there to use the gym. To be honest, they park carelessly, damage your car and when questioned get offended right away and state " We didn't do it". Absolutely disgusting.

I’m giving 1 star because I can not give zero stars. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Under staffed. Never get your car when you ask for it. They lose the key and never know which floor you car is parked in. They scratch the cars and deny it. They had a full staff of workers and they all quit or left else where including the manager, who knows what happened. You could never find a employee to retrieve your car for you. So some people park their car in the driveway and take their key with them blocking all cars. It is a nightmare.

Absolute nightmare. Staffed by the most disrespectful kids who couldn't care less about helping you get your car. Your car will get damaged by them. If there is an issue or they can't find the keys they will just say there's nothing they can do, smirk to each other or laugh about it in your face and your car will be held from you. Repeatedly has been the most appalling customer service experience of our lives.

Parking through LAZ for 13 months while a resident at Sawyer Place was a nightmare. The employees lack professionalism, attentiveness and care. One employee’s negligence caused a crash and hundreds of dollars worth of damages to my vehicle. To make matters worse, management attempted to cover up the issue by blaming it on construction, which wasn’t true based on the employee’s eventual confession. As an apology, I was provided a parking space upstairs which I found insulting. My vehicle was parked on the lower level prior to this incident. The car elevators were also frequently out of service and caused major delays and inconveniences.

One month I was two days late on payment as a result of not receiving an invoice via email – every month prior to this an invoice was received. For the two days, I was approached by every employee and asked about the payment, which I intended on paying. In one interaction with an employee, I was also threatened that my vehicle will be towed if I did not pay and that this message had been communicated by management. I hadn’t yet received the invoice at the time of the interaction and management also denied the claim my car would be towed.

The sanitary measures LAZ took, specifically in response to COVID, was mishandled. Employees frequently had their masks pulled down and wore the same pair of gloves, cross contaminating multiple car surfaces and keys. LAZ also did not communicate any precautionary measures until May 19th.

Bottom line is this garage, which is associated with the “luxury” apartment building, Sawyer Place, is mismanaging and results in inadequate service. This poor experience has also caused me to lose faith in LAZ as an organization. For the last two months of my residency at Sawyer Place, I parked through Buena Vista garage and had a good experience. The only reason I did not park there sooner was because of a wait list. I don’t write this review out of spite, rather in hopes nobody has the same or a similar experience.

Absolutely terrible. I almost never got my car in time when I asked for it. The car elevators also tend to break down which means you can’t get my car at all. Even tho I had two month left of free parking as a new resident I decided to leave an pay for a spot at the Buena Vista parking lot where I wouldn’t need to deal with rude and aggressive parking lot attendants and where I can actually get my car when I need it.

Try calling; no one will pick it up, and voice mailbox is full. What more proof do you need? Major dealbreaker for the apartment (Sawyer Place) if you have a car or plan to have people over who drive.

Horrible parking !!!!! They scratched my car and stole over $200 from my glove department! This is just a disaster. On top of the theft ! They have nasty attitudes as if they don’t want to be there working. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!!!!

They scratched my car, I submitted a claim and nothing happened.

Despite signs claiming this is a 24 hour public garage, the attendant told us it was only for residents of the building and turned us away.
