Sam's Wedges & Pizzeria

Great pizza & cheese steaks! Our last visit was Nov 2023. We always bring food back to California every time we visit Yonkers.

Very good pizza. Fantastic wedges. Reasonable prices. Sam's shop has been a staple in downtown Yonkers' Getty Square area for many years, and they haven't slowed down one bit. Definitely a fan favorite of locals and a great spot to grab a sandwich for anyone in the area looking to get a bit to eat. The sandwiches are definitely delicious and a must get for anyone wanting quality food.

Food is fresh and delicious. If you like wedges then when you go there order the #5.

The food is always excellent and the salads are best polite and friendly staff always a pleasure to go there..

The interior was beautifully decorated with ornate gold and dark wood. Black and white photos and tapestries covered the walls and gave the place a cozy feel. I was impressed with how agile and strong the waiters were!The employees are awesome... Sam is exceptional... slices are large in size compared to other pizza places with a combo menu

Good pizza and sandwich place. It moved to a new location recently, but has been around the neighborhood for ever. I like their panini sandwiches, but I've had their wedges too (and they're good). I had their pizza just a few times, but I have no complaints about it. Overall, the food is good, nothing too fancy, but it's good, and planty to choose from too.

If you are ever in Westchester County and need a cheap bite, it don't get better than this. Just a good, classic, big slice for $2.50. Just can't go wrong. And they also have wedges, and pastas, and salads and sell deli meats by the pound. Plus the Mexicans manning the kitchen for old Sam are great dudes who take pride in their work, sporadically asking if the meal was good. City pizza just outside of the city limits.

Sam's Pizzeria is the neighborhood store that people normally go to congregate or even just bring the family/children just to see Sam and say hello the food is always nice and hot It's Always A Conversation Piece when you enter friendly staff and did you know that he goes about employing people with mental disabilities that people normally would not be hired other places he also helps the community as well and I'm so proud to have this Pizzeria in my neighborhood and that's my sunshine

The pizza is always top notch and delicious! All the workers are always so friendly and accommodating! Their sandwiches are always so hefty and fresh; you really get your money's worth!

My family and I have been going to this pizzeria for years even before he moved to this location .The pizza is excellent as well as the service . But don't just take my word for it come in see for yourself.

Being going to Sam's for over 30 years although the location has changed the quality of the food is still superb. Try to stop every time I'm in the area to get a sandwich. Keep up the good work

Been going here since I was in High School. Still can't stop. This is the most respected spot in Yonkers. Sam's Pizza and Cornbeef sandwiches are still the the Best! Go. check it out yourself. You will not be disappointed.

Great pizza, superb entrees, makes Sams a favorite place to visit in Getty Square. At its new location on North Broadway, Sams already had a huge following at its location orginally on Main Street. A family oriented atmosphere Sams is always a pleasant spot to stop in Yonkers.

My go to place for the pizza in the town of Yonkers garlic knots are my favorite from and Sam the owner GREAT GUY been in the neighborhood since the 80" s

I love this place. The only issued is they should have fresh pizza in the evening and not serve people pizza that's been sitting out all day
