Excellent worship synagogue, the people are extremely kind and courteous. Definitely recommend it to anyone seeking services.

The Van Cortlandt Jewish Center is a friendly Congregation with low Memership costs and is a very short walking distance the Bx1, 2 and Bx10 buses. Although the Synagogue is Orthodox, anyone of the Jewish faith will be comfortable attending there.

Friendly congregation. Low fees. Modern Orthodox, open to all Jews. Home to JASA Senior Center for kosher meal programs.

JASA located here has concerts, luncheons for seniors, and other interesting activities, organized by a wonderful and caring social worker, Sharon, with volunteers. The synagogue is in a very stable and nice neighborhood, with local businesses nearby.

Friendly and inviting atmosphere for seniors living in the area. Kosher food is served here. There is currently limited seating, come early.
