My wife and I had a fantastic experience at this office today. Dr Chouake gave us high quality, compassionate care and helped prevent my wife from having to go to the emergency department. We are so thankful for the team at the center and would recommend Dr Chouake and his team.

The staff here was very nice and accommodating to me. Every time i come here, even though it can be busy, they take care of me and my health, they always have their priorities straight and I really appreciate them always being so kind and caring towards someone like me. Dr. Ben is an expert clinician who has diagnosed problems for members of my family which other Physicians have missed and has taken the time to review the findings and the next steps to follow. . Our entire family has put our lives in his very capable hands. Attention to the patient is exceptional in all regards. Doctors take their time to care for their patients, and making them feel important.
This clinic offers a wide range of services so the patient doesn't have to worry about going out in order yo get tested or receive special treatment.
There's a sense of order and cleanliness the moment you enter the facility.
Expect some waiting time occasionally.

I have been a patient at emergimed for over five years now. I started going there when living in cliffside park NJ and found all the doctors there to be genuinely kind and caring about your health and well being. I now live in midtown Manhattan but still use emergimed as my primary physicians office. Dr. Gillis is a fantastic physician who shows genuine empathy and goes above and beyond for his patients well being. I have always felt heard and taken care of with Dr. Gillis. Not only does he think outside the box to accommodate your needs, he also has a deep knowledge of the latest treatments and offers a comprehensive approach to complex medication interactions that only a expert pharmaco therapist would do.

I've been there several times for different reasons over the past few years and have always been happy with the level of care. The front desk has always been friendly and professional. The clinical staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and takes the time to address my questions and concerns. I've also waited for a much shorter time here vs. other urgent care centers in the metro area. Honestly, I have no complaints.

I am so pleased with the service that I received when I come to see my doctor, the staff is very courteous and kind and always with a smile, here I come to get my blood work every month I get my earwax removal I get my x-rays, here at Emergimed is where a lot of my services for which I come for and I am so grateful to all the staff and doctors that attend to my everyday medical needs. in these times of Covid staff and personnel are courteous and always tending of the cleaning, disinfecting and maintaining a clean, safe environment for us to come and receive our medical care. The doctors I’ve interacted with there have always been first rate and shown concern for the patients. I feel especially lucky to have Dr Chouake as a primary care physician. He is a true professional whose wealth of experience is tangible and invaluable in diagnosing his patients and his concern for their welfare genuine. His terrific sense of humor doesn’t hurt either.

For over 10 years, my family has traveled for an hour to obtain services at Emergimed. Their doctors are outstanding at diagnosis, treatment, caring and communication with patients, and they consult with each other when appropriate. They can perform a wide variety of tests onsite, conducted by talented, friendly staff. Often, they can review the results during the visit. Thus, visits are very productive.

The doctors are knowledgeable and always take the time to fully listen to you. Staff is helpful and friendly too. I don't like to be sick, but I'm glad this place is here for me when I need it.

Front desk courteous and understanding. Staff efficiently proceeded with their duties.Dr Choake listened to me and was very understanding . Dr choake answered all miy questions and concerns. I was in and out in a timely manner.. The office was busy but staff was in control!

Dr. Choake has been my dr for over 20 years. My family and friends are all patients. Emergimed is run professionally. Many cases you can get results the same day.

This place is quite different from all other urgent care centers. At this place you get seen by extremely experienced physicians who are able to deal with the most complicated stuff to the simple stuff.

Been a customer for over 30 years. Doesn't get any better than this. You never have to go to another facility; they have so much here all the way up to a MRI on site.

Very thorough and professional, the wait can be challenging but it's worth it, good team of people always smiling I like that and very pleasant, you need that in the world today.

I have waited but this to be expected many, but not as bad as a large major hospital. The reception desk are nice!
