Dr. Scott saw my cat Zenith a little over a year ago when I was traveling through the area. Her and her staff were warm and knowledgeable. I was grateful for how attuned and nurturing she was with Zenith.

I love Cinda and her staff. They make the experience and relationship so personable and comfortable. They know and love my Mattie and I know we will always have excellent and very informative care. We've been coming for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Springwater Veterinary! ❤

We have been coming to Dr Scott for 4 years. She’s the best and most attentive vet we have ever had. You can tell her heart for animals the minute she greets you and gets down to meet your fur baby.
And I love that Dr Scott looks first to alternative treatments with the well-being of my pet in mind. She treats from a holistic approach using acupuncture, essential oils, and other natural products.
The staff is also knowledgeable and caring.
I live in Vancouver but the care we receive is worth the drive.
I also have several friends from my side of the river that have become her patients

My Husband, Myself and our Veinna were just visiting the area for a month, when our Sweet Little Girl started having back pain, Veinna is a 18yr old Dachshund with a bad back, I called Dr. Scott and she got us in for Acupuncture within 4 days, in the meantime she quite eating, so on our visit for treatment, bloodwork was done with negative numbers for kidney function, we ended up at Dove-Lewis Animal Hospital where kidney cancer was discovered, this was totally devastating news for us, Dr. Scott called the following day and was so encouraging in the fact that yes, she will not get better, she is at the end of her life, but as long as she was Happy to See Us, to give us those 2 extra weeks, that we will Cherish Forever, we believe Dr. Scott and her Staff are Earth Angels, during this time with COVID, and our being from out of state, they really went above to help us send our Veinna over the Rainbow Bridge

Took my very elderly dog to see Dr Scott, I was expecting he would not be returning home with me. She examined Petey and presented options for him I had not even considered, acupuncture and laser therapy. Along with traditional methods, these new options allowed me to take him home and we even had a short walk this morning. He may not have months with me but I take comfort knowing I tried my best to keep him happier and easing the pain he was experiencing. I loved the treatment Petey and I received from Dr Scott.

Dr. Scott takes better care of my dogs that any other vet I've been too. My 8 year old mastiff has orthopedic problems, and I've been taking her there for acupuncture for over a year now. She is moving so much better than she was before we started her on accupuncture, and I still take her there even after moving to the north coast.

Springwater is my favorite clinic I have ever taken a pet to. All of the staff are so kind, knowledgable, and thorough with each and every appointment. They took such great care of my puppy from being born there until we had to move. Dr. Scott listened to all of my concerns with my new puppy, always offered great advice, and it was for a very reasonable price. They functioned seamlessly even while under Covid-19 restrictions. I would recommend this vet to everyone.

Everyone should take their pets here. Dr Scott goes out of her way to make sure your pet is well cared for. Prices are the best around too. Way better than those name brand store vet clinics (not naming names) that are so rushed and impersonal. Dr Scott takes the time to get to know you and your pets and truly cares about her clients. My dogs love coming here.

Dr. Cinda Scott is one of the most compassionate, attentive, thorough veterinarians I have ever known. She really does care about her patients and their owners and treats every one of them with sincere kindness and respect. She has an excellent bedside manner and will really take the time to get to know you and your pet.

Dr, Scott has been our vet over the years and has always provided amazing support to our family. Her knowledge and experience has allowed my husband and I feel like we are always making the right decisions for our dogs. Dr. Scott has not only provided excellent care for our golden retrievers (over the 8 years we have known her), but has advised us along the way how to maintain holistic alternatives for our pups.

She also connected us to an amazing Specialist to treat a serious TPLO injury for our Irish setter. Who has now full recovered.

I would highly recommend Dr. Scott.

Thank you for all your support and expertise,
Vanessa lovert

I highly recommend Dr.Scott. I have a dog with epilespy and skin issues. I went to Dr.Scott for a second opinion and she was so through. My dog now has a beautiful coat and his seizures have been under control. I will never take one of my animals to another vet office again! Saying she is amazing is an understatement!

What a lovely clinic! So glad you are in our neighborhood. No nervous shakes from my pug dog. Thoughtful, educational care. Thanks.

Three years later: This morning I called about pug breathing/coughing issues. Although you have a totally booked day, you said I could bring him right in for a shot. Sid and Betty have been under your care for years now. They’re getting old. Sid is the oldest pug we have had, and I attribute that to your good veterinary care. Thank you.. We appreciate and highly recommend your clinic.

Springwater Vet , in short, is an incredible resource for those who've tried everything and still have an ill pet. That's the short end of it. The long end is that we were referred to Dr. Scott by a friend who runs an animal sanctuary. Right away, that told us we would be seeing a compassionate vet who could work with out limited budget. Dr. Scott is so much more. We've taken our cat to 11 vets over the past 6 years for a reoccurring deep ear infection. Three of the vets were allergy/ear specialists and one was a neurologist. She's had a few thousand dollars of procedures and testing done, which left us with little money and only more questions. The next step was to do an $1,800 MRI. Wow. We are committed to our cat, but this was all too much. We scheduled a visit with Dr. Scott and our first visit gave us something we'd lost: hope. Dr. Scott took the time to fully understand our cat's history, symptoms, and personality, as well as our needs/limits as pet moms. She has asked all the right questions and is piecing them together in a way no other vet has. She is *very* resourceful, creative, and pragmatic - something no other vet has been with our extremely difficult case. Our cat's neurological issues are resolving from her effort. Amazing! It is apparent Dr. Scott loves the heck out of animals and takes each case to heart while being mindful of our financial limits. If you live in Portland, it is WELL worth the drive. I can't recommend her enough.

I was ready to put my sick dog down 2.5 weeks ago. Both vets I spoke with before calling Dr. Cinda Scott were ready to euthanize him. I'm taking him in today to finally let him go, but Dr. Scott made him feel SO much better with some simple inexpensive meds. We knew it was a short term fix, but it worked. Instead of a traumatic euthanasia with my dog & I both frightened & alone at an emergency vet while my husband was out of town, we had our happy guy back just a little longer. We had friends who know & love him come by for an afternoon & he was so cheery to see everyone. I'm unbelievably heartbroken that I'm loosing my dear little friend, but I'm also eternally grateful for these last few days. He felt like going outside a bit, played a bit of tug o war with his big boxer girlfriend & ate whatever he wanted until his appetite stopped a couple of days ago. This time to say goodbye was priceless. I'm so grateful for the practical simple treatment that wasn't about trying to pinpoint the exact diagnosis- regardless of the exact details there is no scenario where he's not terminal- she treated my dog & me in ways that were best for us. My childhood horse vet was the only vet I've encountered that even comes close to how well Dr. Scott "gets it." I found her in desperation & I'm now moving all 4+ animals over to her from Newberg- who didn't even bother to call me back after desperately trying to reach them for 2 solid days. On the contrary, I've received periodic texts & calls from her just checking in on us. Very reasonably priced too... Which is always helpful with multiple animals &/or when faced with such a ferocious disease.

Very pleasant technicians/vets. Knowledgeable on current products and excellent care. Not your run of mill grocery store vet. Good home town community feel.
Does not push expensive procedures.
Great success with my dog and cat.
Happy to support.

Cinda and her team are great! My dogs (blue heelers) have felt very welcome there. They're pretty stubborn and they get along great with the team.

The combination of traditional animal medicine and acupuncture is hard to beat. Dr. Scott obviously has a large depth of experience and enormous care for the animals she treats.

Beyond professional! So much better than dealing with the corporate affiliated vets. No pressure and willing to explain things to you in an adult manner. Thank you!

They were all so welcoming. Took the time to listen to us and the treatment for his problematic ears worked!
