New York City Police Department - 25th Precinct

I had an accident on the RFK Bridge on August 31, 2016. It involved multiple cars. The police from the 25th Precinct in East Harlem arrived in record time. They were unbelievable and made an unbearable situation, bearable. A few days later, I called the precinct to ask about the status of my accident report. The phone was answered quickly and the officer was courteous and very helpful. On September 9th, I went to the precinct to pick up my report. The person in front of me was very "needy." The officer handled him with the utmost respect. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I know this is a long post but these police officers deserve to know that their service is recognized and appreciated. God Bless Them and Keep Them Safe.

Great group of professionals work here. They once locked me up for first degree murder. Once they realized they had the wrong guy (video proved I was in Jimbo's eating a burger cooked medium well topped with onions and cheddar), they promptly released me with an apology and a $10 gift card to Radio Shack.

Ms Byrd is a sweetheart she gave me a ticket for not having my face shield down during a motorcycle check point. She was very respectful and courteous. I wouldn't mind getting stopped by her again.

From what I seen, the 25th precinct really tries to do their best to connect with the community. This is a wonderful, family oriented precinct. Please be respectful as possible to them. There is nothing negative I can say about them. Really great, really helpful.

I LOST MY WALLET IN THE COSTCO PARKING GARAGE ON E117TH STREE LAST FRIDAY, DECEMBER 7TH ABOUT 1:30PM, AND THEY GENEROUSLY CAME TO MY AID IN MY STATE OF PANIC. THEY WERE EXTREMELY KIND IN HELPING ME RETRACE MY STEPS CALMLY WHICH LEAD ME TO THE MISPLACED WALLET IN THE SHOPPING CART! YOUR ALTRUISM IN THIS CHAOTIC WORLD IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. Helpful and friendly. Especially the officer who is in charge of fingerprinting. Wish all precincts and officers were like this.
