New ownership, food was super good, every minor detail was nailed to perfection.

Friendly staff too, will be back if we are in East Rutherford.

I don’t write reviews but I had to take the time and write how amazing Volares restaurant is! love this place so much. Every food item I have tried has exceeded my expectations greatly. The food is amazing, and even the place itself. It’s very clean, it’s super authentic and very pleasant staff.
I will be returning for sure!

The live music was very cute, the singer had a wonderful voice. The service was the good, the food was amazing, the lava cake was to die for!!! The restaurant has nice big portions that will fill you right up, I also had a cappuccino which was delicious. Overall amazing place with a great atmosphere.

Delicious! The food is a marvelous achievement in Italian cuisine from the entrée to the desert (the cheesecake was heavenly 😋) I would recommend this place for anyone who wishes to enjoy lovely meal with family or a romantic evening with someone special. (Also the manager Antonio very handsome fella but he's married so ladies hands off) 🤌

My husband and I can not get enough of this restaurant. With amazing food, wonderful staff and great service you can't ask for more. We are always impressed with the quality of the food and the never ending list of daily specials that they offer. (Amazing fish dishes, melt in your mouth Filet and home made pastas and sauces) The food is absolutely addictive!

Very cute and lovely restaurant! Had live music, attentive waitresses, and good portions for your moneys worth. Also has a cozy atmosphere which adds to the experience :)

I placed my order online but they did not receive it. They quickly took my order over the phone and had it ready in time for me to pick it up. The food was excellent and the friendly service will have us returning again in the future.

Great specials deal! 4 courses for $28.00 when paying cash.. APPETIZER, SALAD, ENTREE, DESSERT with coffee or tea. BYOB! Of course the regular menu was also available as well as a few daily specials. Food was delicious and plentiful....Service spot on!

Unbelievable! This place is a must when you are visiting San Diego! I am an Italian from New York City and the food here was incredible! I loved it. After the first time we ate here we came back again a fee days later.

Very cozy and friendly restaurant. I loved the fried calamari, fillet mignon and their homemade salad dressing. It’s good that it is byob, which is more economical. Prices are very reasonable. There is a liquor store right next door too.

I ordered the family packages for my twins birthday I can’t thank well Volares enough for cooking such excellent food and delivering it in a timely manner, my family and friends were so satisfied and happy with the delicious food .we definitely would give this restaurant five stars or more if we could it is a restaurant that is very family oriented and I would recommend it to anyone. thank you for taking such good care of my family on this special birthday We look forward to ordering many more dinners from your lovely establishment
