This is a wonderful caring dentist office. They are friendly and do there best for an extremely busy office. My son has been in this office for 6 years and has an extreme fear of needles. They always went out of the way for him to not even barely know a needle was present if needed. Now that he has his adult teeth we have not needed any more detailed care besides check up and cleanings. I personally had some major work with my wisdom teeth and some troubles due to those teeth and they went above and beyond to fix the issue. Thanks Smileskeepers.

Been with them 8 years... Mark Tranby D.D.S. is God, & Hygienist Cindy is wonderful. Someone needs to fire the liar, in the office staff, who claims they called me twice to confirm an appointment. If you did, you left no message, and if this is policy, it needs to change, as does putting people on terminal hold. The result was a "missed" appointment. A reminder is a reminder, not a ,hang up they didn't answer, call. -Kevin-

Expert and friendly dentists and dental assistants. The reception staff in the afternoons could at least act like they care, but they don't.

I have received the best of care and they are very professional, something your people answering the phones could learn alot from. Ever since my first call to the Springfield office, the front desk ppl have been rude, act like the patient is at fault for needing help. If today had been my first contact with this office, it I would have been my last. I had been calling the office since 12:30 today, and not until I zeroed out of the voicemail system, did I get someone to answer and it is now 4:10. If I were the supervisor for this group, I would definitely get them some Customer Service training. They obviously have no clue.

Scheduled two appointments back in February 2020 for June 9th. Never heard another word from clinic. Traveled 28 miles into town for the appointments only to be told that they had canceled all previous appointments because they were not intending to open until June 16th. We asked why we were not informed of this decision. We were told the corporate office decided to send out a mass text to let people know. We NEVER got the text because we only have a land line. We not only wasted our time but gas as well as wear on our vehicle. Will not be rescheduling with this company. Very inconsiderate company.

Worst dental experience of my life. He and his staff are rude, they lie, and they reschedule your appointment and don’t tell you until you get there. Safety protocols were NOT followed and I caught covid there. If you are referred to Dr Kelly C Andrews, ask for a new referral. You won’t get a treatment plan or estimated cost, no matter how many times you ask. As you can see from the reviews, if you are a woman or a child you will be bullied and traumatized by this guy. I sure was, even after I shared with him that I have ptsd, I was having panic attacks and having my teeth extracted scared me greatly. He made things so much worse for me and the fourth time they tried to reschedule my extractions, I changed to a new dentist. Go elsewhere, you’ll be happy you did.

We used to go to Willamette Dental for for a long time and they are wonderful. This year the Pacific Source assigned Capital Dental.So far I am very unhappy. My son's face is swollen due to tooth issue and I am trying to make a emergency visit. No one answers the phone. When I call, I am on hold for about 20 minutes, then it just drop. Call back again and same thing repeats. Finally I was able to get to the answering machine and left a msg. No response yet. Not good service.

They dont call back or answer phones. I really needed them to help me but they dont answer and it is still an emergency. But do they care nope. And if i worked there. Would think being nice would help but no they r rude

Called 4 different times in one week and no one answered the phone. Left 4 messages and no one has called me back plus there hours are not posted. This needs to be corrected soon!

I was calling for info because I have new insurance and I need a dentist. The phone people passed me around and were very rude.

Office staff are rude and treat you like second rate citizens because you are on state care stuck up snatches 🤷🏼‍♀
