Travis the PT at Madison Spine in Ridgewood helped me with a chronic shoulder injury! He is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to understand what the problem is and work to fix it! He was so helpful that I took my 15 year old son (a rower) to see him with a sports injury. Travis went above and beyond to understand my son’s sport to figure out where the injury could actually be coming from. My son was better in 3 weeks.

If the end result speaks for itself then all you have to know is that PT under Travis in Ridgewood worked 100%, the pain is gone, my mobility returned, and most importantly my lifestyle is back to normal.

At the very 1st evaluation visit Travis asked all of the right questions, checked my gait as I walked, and immediately recognized a deviation in my balance. Xrays didn't reveal any hints as to what was my injury, but Travis was able to pinpoint areas and create a regimen to stretch and strengthen key muscles to help me regain my mobility. He listened to my feedback for each exercise, catered routines while working around discomfort, but also pushed me to work past my comfort zone to heal faster.

The Ridgewood location is clean and comfortable, and there is plenty of parking. Easy access from Rt 17 or local streets. Travis is knowledgeable and willing to help you understand your injury with models and diagrams. He's a super nice guy, doesn't double or triple book appointments so you get the attention you need, and has a plethora of stories/information to keep you entertained while you are there.

Just remember to ask questions, give feedback, and do your daily homework. Give it a few sessions and you will see and feel the results.

This review is a long time coming. I have been going to Madison Spine for several weeks to work on neck pain. Travis has been absolutely wonderful, helping to reduce the pain as well as getting me on a routine to ensure it does not come back again. He is a super nice person too - thanks Travis!

After my father’s recent back surgery for spinal stenosis, Travis walked my father through everything he should expect as far as recovery trajectory and exercises. He’s been regularly relying on him as a consultant and it’s brought so much comfort and put the entire family at ease for the the path forward. Travis is tough but sympathetic towards his patients and highly invested in their recovery. I would highly recommend him for your physics therapy needs.

After having rolled my ankle a few times and tearing the ligaments, I sought out some physical therapy to help rebuild. Travis was so knowledgeable and helped me with exercises and some laser scans to gain better stability and prevention of my ankle rolling again. My ankle is so much stronger today and I can actually wear heels without worry that I'm going to roll it (or worse fall down). Thank you Travis! I still use the exercises you taught me :)

I can not say enough good things about Travis and the physical therapy services he provides. He is warm, friendly, knowledgeable and just an overall good guy. Through hands on treatment and a personalized home therapy program Travis was able to relieve my chronic low back / hip pain and restore strength and mobility. I highly recommend!!

Travis is a kind, caring, highly competent physical therapist with 15 years experience in several clinics.
Both my husband and I have consulted with him over the years and have been impressed with his knowledge and helpful advice. He was particularly helpful when my husband had major back surgery.
I highly recommend him;

Travis is a great physical therapist. He gives helpful advice and even helps people understand the importance of the mind-body connection (so important, and rare to fine a physical therapist tuned into that!) I definitely recommend.

Travis is a highly skilled and knowledgeable physical therapist. Before seeing him in 2022 for back pain, I was regularly taking NSAIDs and missing workouts. Since then I have not experienced any major back issues and have been able to enjoy pain free exercise 😊

Travis is absolutely fantastic. If it wasn’t for his knowledge, skills, abilities and encouragement I would not be where I am today. Very thankful that I crossed his path and change the direction of mine from my very first new step after being electrocuted.
