AP 127th Management, LLC

Being raised in this city I've dealt with street parking all of my life so for the past 10 years have since been using parking garages. The management team/office at AP 127th St. Parking Garage LLC is BY FAR the best management I have ever worked with. The customer service is on point! They are pleasant, always pick up the phone & are ready & willing to help & cater to their customer. Thank you Elain & Esteban for the great service!
P.S. Great indoor garage as well. The attendants are welcoming & hard working. My car is always there when called for NEVER late. Garage is clean & very well maintained:)

I park there often over the last yr, but the morning attendant José Luis is really unprofessional, as is the weekend afternoon attendant. I requested the application for monthly parking and he (Jose Luis) was reluctant. I am going to take my business elsewhere. The night attendant is a great person

I can’t believe the horrible service this place provided us! Being next to the Apollo theatre u expect them to at least be prepared for people coming in and out at the same time. I got the reservation online 3 months ago expecting things would be way smoother, we arrived 20 minutes earlier and the guy told us I can’t let u in unless I charge u the full price. So we had to wait in the streets until it’s our time and then we pulled in there was 2 cars on front of us which took the only guy who was there more than half an hour taking cars out and in until it was our time! Then later that night we went to get our car on time 12am there was the only guy trying to help all of us leaving the theatre! On top of all the waiting the guy insisted on charging us for the extra time it took him to assist us!
