Great overall NJ Italian restaurant experience. Fresh ingredients, big menu, big portions, great service, great food, great atmosphere. Nice wines, reasonable prices. The unpretentious place to spot & meet up with NJ & NY power brokers.

WHAT A FIND!! The ambiance, music, wine, Service, and most importantly “THE FOOD” We got the Carbonara, and the beef short rib over homemade Pappedelle. Every bite was mouth watering! The owner/Chef Bobby is a Class Act!!

We had the great pleasure to dine at Roberto's for the first time last night, and so glad we did. To begin, the food was as good as any we can ever remember. We loved every bite. All the employees were friendly and helpful. The free valet parking service was perfect, and our waiter, Francisco, even arranged to have our car ready for us when we were ready to leave. Roberto's is a unique and wonderful dining experience, one you will be happy you tried. We will certainly be back

I can't say enough good things about this place! Have been coming here for 20 years. Service is always on point and the staff very friendly. Good is always fresh and delicious.

Just what I needed for that evening
I tasted the authenticity in the shrimp scampi and appreciated that the chicken parm had proper flattened cutlets.
The menu was concise and straight forward, didnt bog me down with too much selection. I'll be returning to see if the veal holds up.

My family's been coming here since they opened. Went for the first time last week, & it blew my mind how good everything was. I was expecting it to be decent, but not quite this good. I am a vegetarian so I figured I wouldn't find much on the menu, but even with limited veggie options for main courses, I still had to be rolled out of the place! Their signature artichoke hearts are to die for!!! Their pasta was perfectly al dente, and their sauces were perfectly seasoned. Their bread was warm and perfect, their salad dressings were light and refreshing... everything down to their cookies were good. I don't even like cookies.

We stopped in for dinner after being turned away elsewhere. I called to ask if a reservation was needed and was warmly advised to, “come on in!” Reserving a table was simple once we arrived we were warmly greeted and sat. If you are looking for freshly prepared Italian food that taste good , attentive wait staff, great drinks and good old fashioned family vibes this is a great spot to visit. It felt more like a private dining experience because the staff was so attentive. This is one of those restaurants where you enter as a guest but you leave as family and I love that “Cheers” type of vibe (sing the song 🎵). There is also valet parking available which is amazing!

Had the most absolutely lovely evening! I We came here to celebrate my mother in laws birthday and I must say, out of this world. I mean, the food was delicious but how welcoming and great the staff and service was the cherry on top. Definitely recommend this cute little spot.

Went last night for dinner. We have eaten at many Italian restaurants in and around Manhattan and travel to Italy quite frequently. The food here is excellent - one of the best we have had and very creative. The service was good. This is a must return.

This restaurant is excellent. Delicious food. I get take out all the time - dinner and drinks. If you do eat inside, the service is fantastic. Big portions too. This will become your new favorite restaurant.

Franklin was very helpful when I arrived with my new car. I was very pleased with the valet. My husband and I also loved the food at Roberto’s. Overall, a great night. What a great place with amazing service from the valet service to the service inside the restaurant.

We celebrated our 40th anniversary here and the food was amazing, service outstanding, and restaurant relaxing-not rushed. We ordered appetizers such as baked stuffed clams, stuffed artichoke hearts and even baby artichoke hearts (that are gluten-free). Our Entrees included Chicken a la Robertos, Shrimp scampi with large beans and spinach, and broccoli de Rabe. Our dessert consisted of their Italian cheesecake and a cannoli. An amazing cannoli! The wine made the meal complete. Definitely a good place. Will be back again. Thank you.

Excellent meatballs and pasta. Enough for two or leftovers. Service was top notch! Priced right for a great meal.

Best chef and food in the area. Longtime customer! #1 place to eat! Friendly, great service with larger portions. Priced right! Can't go wrong or better meal any where!
