Great service. The employees here are professional and always process my requests quickly. I like this location.

Excellent staff and service. I had 2 packages, one with a label already and one that needed a label. Drop-off for the labeled one was simple and smooth and purchasing a label was quicker than it has ever been at a UPS location. Everything was completed with a smile by the lovely staff :).
Disclaimer: this is not the closest store to my house, but I enjoyed it so much I will drive the extra few minutes to use this location.

The team here was great! I walked in with a shipping problem and left there with a shipping solution. They were organized, friendly and even helped me for my i’s and cross my t to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. I really appreciate them for making some chaotic nice and simple. Even if you’re not in area, they are worth the trip if you want business handled correctly.

This UPS Store location gives excellent customer service. Their Certified Packing Team boxed up valuable stereo equipment and priceless album collection. I highly recommend this location in Paramus on Rt. 17N for your packing and shipping needs!
