OK IDK what it was but the thai bubble tea came out so amazing and pillowy and like marshmallowy and I just loved it 😂 and I only did 30% sugar

My teas were very good and nicely sized. They don’t include the “bubbles,” but they can be added for just 60 cents extra as well as a variety of other extras like aloe. They also have special popping flavored bubbles such as mango flavored and aloe along with other additional options you can add to your drink.

They allow you to choose the level of sugar you prefer as well as how much ice you’d like in your beverage.

They offer a small selection of food: chicken dumplings and a chili noodle dish among a couple other appetizer-type items, but it’s mainly just for teas: of which they have a large variety of flavors and customization options.

This place has a chill vibe. Ordering was easy, and the drinks came quickly!

Really nice service and bubble tea. There are only 2 employees, but they get the drinks out pretty fast. I'm glad that they have a bubble tea shop nearby City College. It may get busy during lunch break. Definitely recommend.

Great little bubble tea shop. Tea tasted great. Friendly service! They had heart shaped strawberry jellies. Kids loved it.

Got the brown sugar boba and it was so good! The boba was still warm and chewy :’) the girl at the counter with the blue-ish gray glasses was also really nice! Will definitely be coming back

Very convenient location near City College. The staff is very friendly and most importantly, the bubble tea is awesome! My personal favorite is the passion fruit slush.

From the moment I stepped into Tidal tea, I knew I was in for a treat. Not just because of the inviting decor that radiates a sense of calm and coziness. One of the standout features for me, has been the customizable sugar levels and lactose free milk alternative.

But what truly makes Tidal Tea a gem for me is their wonderful staff. Every visit feels like coming home to a group of friends. Their smiles are infectious, their service impeccable, and their kindness shines through in every interaction. A special hats off to the owner for cultivating such an atmosphere of warmth and genuine connection.

A no frills tea shop that also serves food and snacks. They are right beside City College and nearby the 1 train so it is easily accessible. I really love stopping by because it is probably the best boba shop in Upper Manhattan. I really love getting the lavender lemonade with lychee jelly. Definitely worth stopping by!

Great place. One size only and more expensive than other bubble tea spots, but the quality is on point! Happy to be a regular customer.

I just ordered one right now. The waiters were smily, nice and they do the job. The bubble tea follow the same way, it was what I expected. A good place to go with a good ambience.

Onigiri is delicious and I love their Boba teas. Also their point/ ordering system is amazing.

This is our local fave , they set standards on what good milk tea taste like. We have several milk tea shops that we tried in harlem/washington heights and tidal tea makes it best.

We love taro, lychee yorgurt, mango and their crab onigiri. Perfect snack combo

The best boba place in the area. I have seen improvements throughout the years. There are vegan and vegetarian options.
I usually order delivery through Uber Eats and it comes in a timely manner and good packaging.
I recommend the taro slush !

Ordered a warm Tidal Milk Tea with bubble and normal amounts of sugar in a cold winter day.
+ Was just right in terms of temperature as it didn't burn my mouth.
+ Payment was easy as they accept NFC via Google Pay.
+ Of course, the taste was great.
