I like this hardware store because they have many things that most hardware stores do not have - especially modern take-ons to old objects

Guy answer all my questions and helped me find the right tool I needed for the job

I had a really tricky key I needed copied and most stores said no. But at taveras of the three i had made 2 worked!

The owner is always rude, If you go in there and ask him a question he always will say I don’t know what you are talking about and than when you try to explain more he would say again I don’t know what you are talking about and don’t even look up at you being very disrespectful, I saw him do that with others too whenever I go there. What frustrates me with this place is shouldn’t the owner know what customers wants he owns a hardware store, I truely believe he knows but just don’t care.

Hysterically poor service. It's almost like the point of working there is to see how many people they can get to leave without buying anything.
I asked for a 6 volt battery. He replied "we don't go by volts."
Huh?

Extremely rude and unpleasant owner behind the counter!!!! Telling customers to move and don't buy the product when you ask him a question.
