I recently hired Ultra Pro for a roofing project, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their work. From start to finish, they did a phenomenal job, treating my home as if it were their own. The team was incredibly professional, showing up on time, communicating clearly, and working efficiently. They completed the project ahead of schedule without compromising on quality. The attention to detail and craftsmanship were outstanding, and my new roof looks fantastic. He provided clear details on my options to replace the roof and gave me a great price on the roof replacement. Lilliano is upfront and trustworthy from the time we discussed the estimate, following up with me on the scheduling and the day the work was performed. His crew really went the extra mile on the work performed and the clean up. The only way you'd know they were here is by looking at the new roof. I plan on working with Ultra Pro Construction on any other projects I have for my home. Great team all around and very happy with the outcome.

My initial meeting with Bryan and Henry at Ultra Pro was outstanding. They were incredibly accommodating and attentive, listening carefully to my concerns and outlining the project clearly. We had several projects in mind, and I opted to start with a single project to test the waters. I was blown away by the team's efficiency. They arrived the next day with a large, hardworking crew and completed the project in half the expected time (finishing in one day instead of 2-3). Throughout the process, the team maintained impeccable professionalism and demonstrated respect for both my wife and I.

The final outcome and experience were equally outstanding. Whenever minor issues arose, Bryan and Henry addressed them promptly and courteously. In the end, we completed 3-4 projects with them and have more planned for the future.

I got quotes from probably 6-7 roofers. We own a 1400 sw ft ranch and wanted to replace the old roof on house and attached garage. Liliano from Ultra Pro was the one who was straight with me from the start. He told me exactly what it would cost and what needed to be replaced. The job was done in a day, gutters replaced, all the debris cleaned up. Would definitely hire again!

These guys are great workers! Our old roof was in pieces after an exceptionally windy day. And these guys were able to get everything done right before it started raining. Fair pricing and very easy to communicate with. They explained things to us every step of the way. Clean up was also great too!

I requested a roof quote, liliano came and he explained everything so great to someone like me knowing little about roofing. He was knowledgeable and very nice. He gave a too good to be true quote and I jumped at it. In one day they tore off the old roof, put all new materials and new gutters. And it’s amazing!

I didn’t realize they also do masonry and chimney services so I contacted them again for the chimney. They ordered everything, again gave an excellent quote and got it all done right after the materials were delivered in one day!

I hope they don’t think I’m too much of a pain because they are quickly becoming “my guy” - like I’ll tell people “my guy finished the roof in a day and suggested this kind of siding”. Seriously so happy with everything, thank you Ultra Pro, and anyone looking around, I highly recommend this company!

In short - perfect, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
We found Ultra Pro Construction rather serendipitously - walking around along neighboring streets, as usual, and all of a sudden - the old house is getting a new roof. As we routinely inquire on roof replacement since last year - we stopped by to make a photo of the construction van. Then, Bryan came out and gave us a business card along with Lil (Liliano) phone. Everything was great - how Bryan spoke, explained, how the work was going on, how the site looked. As well as the time of the year, weather and the fact Ultra Pro was working in our neighborhood. Then, we contacted Liliano. It was not bad either - they (Lil and Sammy) came next day and thoroughly explained what to expect in minute details. They quickly got a satellite footage of our roof and provide estimates with options we chose (type of shingles, etc.) Since, as I said, we were making inquiries for a year, we decided right away - everything was to our liking: price, materials, additional work - gutters replacement).They gave us estimates as to when they can start (depending on weather and their availability) and, we got a call to schedule a date, which was supposed to be a perfect day. And it was: they came promptly, on time, Bryan brought materials the day before, the crew was big and they started immediately. Everything was perfectly organized, they have all tools necessary and mechanized at that - for old roof removal and new roof installation. The brought a construction container. To dispose of all trash the team was using tarpoulin to bring debris down, and, they did it without my neighbors disturbance. Liliano gave me a 5 PCs of plywood included in price, in case the old plywood needs replacement. I stress to Bryan - I will replace as many plywood sheets as necessary and Bryan did go to attic to inspect my roof from inside. In the end, they replaced just 3 plywood sheets (which had mold due to leaks). Along the process, Bryan informed me of steps taken and showed pictur5at various stages of the work. They finished in less than half day (about 11hrs). Which includes a full clean up of surrounding areas! We were shown a complete new roof which, we admire. Time will tell, but so far so good (24hr since). I will put updates if necessary. Overall - we are in awe! In just one day we have got a new roof (supposedly, better than old one) - the roof we dreamed about for last several years (and procrastinated, at that). Finally, dream came true! Thank you very much, Ultra Pro!

I had my roof replaced by Ultra Pro and I recommend them wholeheartedly. They did an absolutely great job on my roof. They were professional, accountable, friendly, and courteous. They did everything that they promised, and more. My neighbor was so impressed by their work that he hired them to do a repair on his roof. He is as pleased as I am. Liliano, the individual in charge of the crew, was a pleasure to deal with, and the entire crew was friendly and helpful.

Omg - if you have roofing issues, you need to look no further. We have dealt with so many shady contractors - I thought it was just a cost of doing business. But this Company is the real deal and a complete gem and undoubtedly the best roofing Company in the state!!! I mean seriously. This Company is unreal!!! We got a brand new roof. Called so many freaking companies. This was the only one who was honest, upfront, able to provide a set and reasonable price and time frame, were responsive and careful and on and on. Ripped off our old leaky slate roof and installed a new shingle roof. Workmanship seems to be 10 out 10 (well at least so far…they just finished, so time will tell, but will update if we have any leaks), timeliness is 100 out of 10 (they completed the whole job in 3 days), reliability 100 out of 10, responsiveness 100 out of 10, and professionalism 1000 out of 10. Ultra Pro Roofing did a fantastic job on my aunt's house roofing repair. They not only provided excellent work but also offered a reasonable price. Ok, so my roof has been done for a couple of weeks now and I've been hesitant to leave a review. Honestly, it all just seems too good to be true.

Before moving forward with Ultra Pro, I got about 10 quotes. Ultra Pro was by far the cheapest. With a newborn at home and only having bought the house a year ago, I wanted to be mindful of my wallet while still getting good quality. I surprised myself with how good of a decision using Ultra Pro was.

First - Lil is a good dude. Maybe he's faking it but if so, get this guy an Oscar. I trusted him and I'm glad I did.

I compared what he offered to his competitors, and it was all the same (GAF roofing, Ridge Vent, new gutters, Ice and Water Shield, Gutter shield, etc.,) but for like, half the cost.

I know "they" say to never go with the cheapest option, but "they" are getting ripped off. Great deal. Great crew. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results.

Stop searching, these are the guys you’ve been searching for! They left and I couldn’t stop saying WOW! Now that’s what I call service! Liliiano and his brother run an amazing team. Great communication, knowledgeable, punctual, affordable, honest, friendly service, jeez I can’t decide what to talk about first. I needed a simple repair of some uplifted shingles and UltraPro took my call and had an estimate for me that day and they were on the roof the very next business day. Liliiano brought his highly skilled team of roofers who tackled the job in under 2 hours, I didn’t even have time to be disturbed at work or driven crazy by that hammer banging away. These guys are good! Liliiano spoke with me to confirm the details of the job and offered some very insightful information on proper roof maintenance. I felt like my property was respected which is very important for me with professional home maintenance companies. I was quoted a price about 25% less than another company I spoke with which raised some questions but Liliiano is an honest man and again, through his expert insight, let me know that others were over charging for the work needed to be done. You have to appreciate honesty in todays world. 10/10 would recommend, 5 stars, can’t wait to have the crew back to replace the roof next year!

I called the office and they send Lil to inspect my roof. He explained to me in detail what was wrong with the roof. He give me a fair price and i did the job with them. Very happy in the end. Great results.

Amazing company everyone from receptionist to the last person finishing the gutters all professional he gave me the best price ( that afternoon)and helped me the next morning ordering my skylights I live northern Passaic county and I gave 4 local companies a call waited a week for them to come out to do estimate and then I had to call them back for estimates very unprofessional get your estimates and then call ultra pro you won’t be sorry
