The Container Store

Here in the container store, we had a great time shopping! There are so many great and practical items available. The well-chosen colors and superior quality of the goods make for a wonderful experience and give me ideas on how to organize my house. The displays are very beautifully made, and the store is always spotless!

This store is heaven!

Everything you need for your house to keep it organized is here, you don't need to search any further! I was truly like Alice in Wonderland discovering section by section how much more organized my house can be. I found so many things I didn't even know existed. Definitely one of the best homestores I have ever been to and a must stop for any household proud person.

The staff is very friendly and nice, ready to help anytime. They even have a little studio where you can (for free) get quotes if you need anything tailor made. Atmosphere in the store is inviting, warm and cozy. Parking is adequate and Starbucks next door is just a bonus to an already pleasant shopping experience.

We received a big smile as soon as we met, “Hi my name is Chiara, I am here to help you.” Not only was Chiara very pleasant, she was helpful, extremely knowledgeable, competent and very thorough.
I never had such a good time shopping for anything as I did the day I visited your showroom. Chiara’s enthusiasm for your product was apparent in the way she took the time to listen to my interests and needs and then paired them with the right configurations. It was a pleasure dealing with Chiara; she re-confirmed all the positive reasons why I chose to purchase my closets from Container store.
The installers were also excellent. Arthur and his assistant were professional, competent, and extremely neat. They not only did a fabulous job of installing my closets, but they cleaned up the space when they were through, piled up all the leftover pieces and hauled away all the trash. My space was cleaner than when they started.
The Container store is very lucky to have such a knowledgeable and personable sales person and such competent installers.

This is the coolest store EVER! Things you didn't realized needing organizing....they have things for! My cupboards in my kitchen are way too deep but I found the PERFECT sliding drawers with easy install! Worth a road trip down from Albany thats for sure!

I always have a great experience at the container store. Bring the kids and make a day of it. Walk through every aisle, and you will be amazed at what type of container they have for almost any item. You will be walking out with a purchase. Their selection of containers are really cool. We also get the packing peanuts while we are there. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I had two closets done with the help of Chiara! She is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! She makes sure everything is perfect (before, during & after the install) and just wants to make sure that I was happy with everything. I appreciate her attention to detail and easy going nature, making a process that could be stressful, beyond easy! Ask for her if you are doing a custom closet, you won't regret it!

Never being in the store heard a lot about it interested in seeing store.

Yeah, the name is underwhelming.....But This place was 🔥🔥!! Can I tell you, that they have everything office or home related, as far as containers! Bought about 15-20 Sneaker/Boot/shoe containers......all on sale! The Brother that worked there, was very professional and even helped me break down the boxes by the car!! Don't sleep on this spot, now my room is organized! Salute!!

I had some issues with an online-to-pickup order being backordered and delayed an additional month, so I went to the store to select items that were in stock and to cancel the backordered purchase. Despite being very busy, the staff there all treated me with courtesy and I was able to get what I needed. Furthermore, the credit that I had used for the backordered purchase was returned to me for future use.
Checkout times can be somewhat lengthy depending on the time of day, but if you go into it knowing that much, it's less stressful of an experience.

Found just the right under sink storage and it was on sale. Unfortunately went to purchase another but sale was over....so i will wait for the next one. As with many stores, in store inventory somewhat skimpy, but order on line to pick up in store works for me.

The staff here is awesome! They know, or find any answer to any question you may ever have. Also they are usually run and happy poeple!

A little pricy.

Oh my gosh , if it was not too feed my son , my wife would probably still be inside shopping- you can really creat get the perfect storage containers to streamline your home / office / closet.

We went for a specific product, a 16" turntable for a kitchen cabinet. It was right there. ✅ Browsed and bought a few more "must-haves". Love this place! Staff are helpfully knowledgeable and checkout is a breeze.

I recently had to organize my closet and get some sort of system so I went on the website and found the perfect kit that would fit my needs and it said there were 2 left in the Paramus store. Unfortunately when I got there the next afternoon there was nothing. Luckily I came into contact with Mary Beth K. At first she said she can design one and it’ll be ready in a couple days. That wasn’t good enough because I had taken off work the next day to get this done along with other stuff. She seen the disappointment on my face and worked her magic and was able to design the exact design I wanted from the kit to see if she had all the pieces to piece it together. Well she did and I was ecstatic. She went to the back and came out a few minutes later with EVERYTHING I needed. She saved the day for me. I couldn’t thank her enough for her help and really appreciated it. Also, the man that walked out my stuff to my car was very nice and pleasant. All around a great experience.

Love this location. Everything is neat, clean and organized which makes it easier to shop! Plus the staff is incredibly friendly and patient. I had an issue with a ship to store order and they took the time out to resolved the issue! Would highly recommend coming here!
