I could tell from the minute they answered the phone this place was AWESOME! I needed a replacement VW key remote fob I bought on eBay cut and programmed. I called every VW dealership in the area and they all told me I had to buy a new one from them (almost $350!) and the ones on eBay couldn't be cut. I called several locksmiths and they told me they could program but couldn't cut the key. Then a mechanic friend told me about Ace Security and that he uses them for all the cars he works on. Ace was able to program AND CUT for LESS THAN HALF what the dealership wanted and they did it right away! They have a beautiful dog in the office that I got to pet while I waited so the only complaint I have is they didn't take long enough! Very highly recommended!

Ace Security provided me with the exact service I needed at a reasonable price. They also helped me in a matter of minutes with what I needed. I went to them with a need for an automotive key to be cut for my vehicle. It also needed to have the chip coded to the ignition so the vehicle would actually start.

I only wish I had more needs for their services as they provided excellent service during my visit.

Ralphie was very knowledgeable and persistent in assisting us with our key fobs and safe questions. He was able to recalibrate 2 new car key fobs and a safe while we waited. Very nice going personality. You will leave Ace Security with a smile!!!!

Brigitta(I hope I spelled her name correctly) is friendly, professional and takes the time to explain problem. Recently went in because the key to our vehicle stopped opening the door and Brigitta took the time to open the key and show me the problem. This is not the 1st time I've gone for auto key issues and have not been steared wrong.
