For me this consulat gives the best service comparatively to the one of Ghana, Ivory Coast. The first time I called, immediate answer. The explanation was clear, the phone line is always available and someone ready to answer. There stuff is professional, respectful and they don’t have complicated conditions. Thank you guys. THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE STAFF OF THE EMBASSY OF THE GREAT NATION OF MALI .
It was a great needed visit I needed to do to obtain the Nena card in order to renew my Malian passport .Again everyone I encountered were cordial and helpful and friendly .I am looking forward to make the journey to West Africa once the entire process will be finalized on due time .

Everything went well as far as I'm concerned. The phone service is definitely improving which is why I was able to book an appointment. Although I showed up roughly 15 minutes earlier, they nevertheless accommodated me. I have to admit that my impression before and after the appointment are quite different. I have seen the limited resources available to them and yet the enthusiasm they put into the job.
I can only encourage them to keep up the good work!

Mali consulat staffs they are very impressive when I place order passport of my Wife they told me is going to be available in 4 weeks but I’ve received it in 3 Weeks.

The entire staff off the Mali consulat in NY is so gracious and so helpfull.

The staff here is professional, courteous, and friendly. I’m appreciative for all that they do, despite my misunderstanding and frustration earlier, which doesn’t reflect their duties.
