Awesome happy hour deals, amazing staff, and very yummy food. I love the sweet potato fries and hell-fire shrimp! And the kitchen is usually open to midnight so there's plenty of time to relax and enjoy a bite to eat after work. And every time I'm there I meet wonderful people and make new friends. Definitely my favorite bar in the neighborhood!

Solace has a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It a fantastic place to go grab a bite to eat for brunch or just to have a few drinks and smoke hookah with friends on a beautiful afternoon.
Our waitress was Melania and she was not only friendly but extremely helpful with answering our questions.
Definitely recommend for a great day out. It's a must stop if your ever in new york.

I recently dined here with some friends and the service was very welcoming. The food had lots of flavor. Oh and get this!!!! The chef came out to greet us to ask how our food was.That was amazing. I have no complaints about this place. Hope to visit again when I go back to NYC. 2 thumbs up for sure.

Johnathan was a great waiter. Went for HH. We ordered fries, wings (buffalo which were surprisingly crispy, I'm very picky about my wings !) & margaritas, sangria and the lobster mac and cheese($22) which was better than I thought it would be. I'd go again.

John the bartender is absolutely amazing. Polite, funny, hilarious, and fast. He made me feel right at home. This place instantly became a favorite because of him. I will definitely be back again and again for the excellent service.

I eat here almost every other day. The food is better than I expected, the menu is very diverse. I don't drink but they have everything. The service is beyond attentive and polite. They even ask what I want to listen to. I suggest coming in for the skirt steak and drunken ribs and the Mac & cheese.

Small little bar to hang out and eat at. Nice music and great staff. But the main reason you want to come? The LOBSTER MAC AND CHEESE. LORD HELP ALL THOSE WHO HAVEN'T HAD THAT DIVINE DISH. Maybe me being tipsy made it taste better? Still had fun. You will too.

Stopped by for a Sunday Funday Brunch in June with 5 people. Service was very timely and accommodating, Malena helped set up chairs/table and always kept our plates-and more importantly-our drinks moving. The food was DELISH!! I had the breakfast burger which was perfectly cooked to melt-in-your-mouth consistency. Friends' meals were also on point. At the end of the meal the owner, Ben, came out to check and converse with us. He is a very friendly man with excellent customer service and business mentality. After speaking with Ben we ordered hookah for dessert. Overall: had a great time and will definitely be back.

Stopped by for drinks, had great two for one deals and amazing food. They even let me customize my wings and hooked me up with sweet chili jerk wings! Definitely coming back, my new local favorite

First time here, I questioned the electronic hookahs. Second time here, Jon literally made the experience. If you are looking for a place for great service, tasty empanadas and excellent drinks come here. Jon's service was one of a kind and really made the night. He's an absolute ideal candidate for what a bartender should be, especially in area like Hamilton Heights. I am happy to come back on the days he is here. I know that I will be taken care of from the initial moment I sit down to my last drink. Thank you for the hospitality, I will be back on the days you work Jon!!

I went to visit a friend over the summer and she took me here! Great music, loved the whole atmosphere! The mac and cheese is to die for, I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area. I can't wait to go back.

I love this place, the owners are so pleasing and delightfully nice, the food ,where do I start I've had everything on the menu excepts the steak and that's because I don't eat red meat. I enjoy the happy hour , I always meet new people and the music is good and I love watching my sports.Two thumbs up Solace bar and Grill.

Solid cocktails at $12 a pop. The caipirinha especially packed a punch. The music and vibe was very chill. That, and the comfortable couches, made for a relaxing evening away from the kids. 😅

Being from out of town seems tough in this area. This bar makes you feel at home. Do your diligence elsewhere and then come here. The owner and his family instantly make you feel like family and you don't get that many places.

Chicken and waffles are great... Chicken is juicy.. Waffles are 4 pieces that are easy to eat with your hands or cut into bite sized.
