Flowers New Hope

Recently had a tragic event and wanted to send some friends flowers. In a pinch, I started googling. It was Friday around 4pm and most places were about to close or didn't answer their phone. Flowers New Hope not only answered the call, but went above and beyond to make this happen. First, we spoke about what I needed and what the intention was. They immediately responded by providing options, color schemes and offered to make a bouquet and send photos first before even asking for payment. The communication was fast and personal. They called and text to make sure they got it right. I asked for two different bouquets and they provided gorgeous, thoughtful choices. Only after I approved the arrangements, did they collect information for delivery and payment. The delivery was made within that hour and they even sent me a photo delivering the bouquets so I knew they were delivered. Hands down, this company proved to be worth every penny. They didn't overcharge and were beyond kind at such a difficult time. I implore you to consider this small business for your next floral arrangement or delivery. Great place! Super helpful and well priced. Traveled out of state and wanted to send someone flowers but the online stores are way too expensive. I called and the people at New Hope Flowers were willing to not only give me a good price but even delivered the flowers quickly to my friend! Luckily she was only a few blocks away but I thought they went above and beyond to help and accommodate me. Can’t thank them enough.

So glad to find this shop when getting off the M60 bus. Heading to the Hospital and he had beautiful flower arrangements with the vase and without. We were able to get a beautiful arrangement with vase for an excellent price.

I live In Oregon and called to get a bouquet delivered to my daughter in the neighborhood- beautiful bouquet delivered to the door, honest, reliable and very timely. New Hope were excellent communicators up until the actual delivery. I recommend them highly!

I never ever write reviews because I never want to stifle anyone’s money or growth how ever I am beyond irate I placed an order 02/13 to be delivered today on 02/14 as a woman I love to buy my self flowers this was the only thing I wanted to say your open today until 7:30 is crazy because it says your closed on all other sites I called 6 times you won’t answer I was even willing to pick up I’m so disappointed
