Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with. I have a flat roof that was having leaking issues. Time was of the essence as we had a big storm on the horizon. He filed the permit, got all the material, and locked in his team to get the TPO roof installed/gutter system re-routed, repaired the soffit, and replaced the skylight ; all within a very short window of time. I can express how grateful I am for Mike’s attention to detail, professionalism, and urgency to my project needs. I’d high recommend Mike to any of my family or friends.

All I want to say is this company is a lifesaver, and I really do appreciate Mr.Mike help! I 100% recommend! I called around 3 in the morning and he came as soon as possible! Mike and his crew did a fantastic job helping us with a roof repair. He was always responsive, did it for a fair price and the roof looks great. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and even helped us with one other small task on the roof unrelated to the job they were doing. Amazing customer service! Mike did our roof around this time last year and they did an amazing job. We needed a minor repair due to high winds etc and Mike had it taken care of within 3 days of me contacting him and he did so at no charge! I had several projects going on in my home, I contacted Mike from Exterior Solutions and he gave me very detailed estimates, I was happy with the price, they did the job on schedule and they left everything nice and clean. I would call them again for future projects.

We had our gutter and downspout completely replaced by Mike and his crew. They did an excellent job, showed up when promised and cleaned up the job site upon completion. Mike explained in detail the process of replacing the gutter on our flat roof commercial building. Mike and his crew far exceeded our expectations. I purchased my 2 Family Home from my Landlord in 1999. About 1994, 2 years into me Renting she put up a New Roof.
Now 28 years later it was time for me to do the same. I have never done this before, so the whole process was new to me.
I did what any smart Home Owner would do & got numerous Quotes. (7 to be EXACT).
My Brother saw his neighbor 2 Houses down was having a New Roof put on. He saw the Old Roof come down & the New one go up & the Meticulous Job they did not only with the Roof but the Clean Up afyerwarfs as well.
He sent me the Roofers Info & I reached out to Exterior Solutions & spoke with the Owner Mike explaining ALL of the above.
He came & Measured, answered ALL of my Questions & Explained the process to me.
His Quote was quite Fair, in the Middle of the pack.
What SOLD me on Exterior Solutions was not JUST my Brother's neighbors Roof but Mike himself!
He was Nice, Patient, Professional & Honest!
I signed the Contract on 10/07 & the Roll Off & Work started on 10/11!
There were 3 Layers of Roofing on the Rental Side & 2 Layers on Mine. ALL had to be removed & ALL NEW WOOD had to be put up on the Rental Side & a DEAD Chimney was taken down below the Roof Line as well as Vents moved!
They moved EVERYTHING from around the ENTIRE HOUSE & Layed Tarp over EVERYTHING! My ENTIRE Front, Sides & Backyard!
They worked ALL DAY & by the end of it I had a BEAUTIFUL NEW ROOF! The DEAD Chimney was GONE! New Pipes & Vents on the Roof & my Property looked BETTER than it did the Day BEFORE when my Landscaper came!
I also asked Mike about Gutter Guards. AGAIN he gave me a GREAT PRICE & on THAT Friday 10/14 they were INSTALLED!
I HIGHLY recommend Exterior Solutions!

I reached out to Exterior Roofing Solutions and was able to talk to Mike immediately. He was able to come out within the next day to look over the issue. I really appreciated how he kept in touch with me about timing as he made his way over to our building. He was on time, wore a face mask and was professional. While the timing did not work out for this particular project, I want to commend him for his punctuality, integrity and for being a man of his word in business. I have found that is sometimes hard to come by. I will definitely be keeping Exterior Roofing Solutions in mind for any of our exterior building projects.

Came out to make a repair on my roof on short notice. Called on Wednesday and repair was done on Friday. The price was very fair considering how quickly they got the job done. Mike is "that dude" with integrity and empathy. Mike was very attentive to our situation. A roofer with Impeccable work ethic. Mike took the time to explain what was done. He was there with the crew. They came in on time. They worked quietly. They cleaned up and left.

Exterior roofing solutions does great work. I had two different leaks and they were able to fixed both. They also saw what was creating the problem and rectified it so that it wouldn't cause future issues.The owner Mike is good to work with.

I have had Mike and his company do 2 of my roofs and it came out great. He gave me a 15 year guarantee and my house just looks great. It also increased the value of my house when i went to sell it. I got way more then i spent to put the roof on.
