Lit Smoke Shop definitely provides exceptional customer service and best shopping experience. Especially I enjoyed their variety of cigars. Best smoke shop in that area. Great appearance and very organized shop you can explore new things with great deals. I highly recommend, they have the best products and always are very helpful and informative about the products.

Customer service at its best. I purchased a vape from there and it was not working properly. I brought it back and they are in the process of fixing it. In the mean time they gave me a product that would substitute it until it's fix I am so happy I found this place. Thank you so much for being understanding and giving the best service possible

TAS is the definition of how excellent customer service should be like. She went above and beyond with helping us to get what we looking for. She came on very knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. Definitely would be back for more product.

Great people, very good prices and my favorite thing is no matter what i want i know i can find it at in this store, because there is nothing they wouldn't order to keep their customers happy. anything from motherships to top shelf vapes or even gift noveltys im very happy with my experience much better than any other smoke shops i have been too!

Let me start by saying that the staff at It's Lit are amazing. Very knowledgeable and always there to help. They have a huge variety of multiple products. I always have to stop in when I'm in the neighborhood just to see what new merch they got. Their inventory is always evolving and they have the newest & greatest things. They also have a great selection of CBD products, including my favorite, GreenTop Farm.

The store is so awesome and you guys always have what I need. I bought a piece of glass from you guys a couple months ago and it’s still pulling like a champ. It’s lit is lit and always will be.

Great place great prices always find what I want there. Large selection of eliquids and nic salts. Saw that someone said in reviews that it wasn’t opened. Not sure where he went but they have been open for 3 months now!
