St. Nicholas Park

I celebrated my dear friends birthday . He turned 40 and all of us are artists so we ate, danced, and lifted him up. I did not know it would lift me up too. The sun shined brightly over us all.

A great park regardless of the season! A dog park, great views of the beautiful " City College", Alexander Hamilton's yellow home offer a great contrast during the winter months. Lot's of stairs and hills offer a great run for person or dog!!

Excellent for runs walks sun bathe picnics or just relax on a blanket. There's also a space for dogs overall very nice park.

Quiet and steep park. Lots of exposed manhattan schist due to previous glacial actions. Great place for cardio exercises.

Nice big park to sit I grass have cookouts and it has a dog park

Didn't really notice the park because I was too distracted by the absolutely fantastic debauchery that is the West Indian American day parade 😂. On any other normal day or weekend, I'm sure it's a great park!

One of the best in NYC. Nice hill with a view at the top. Especially great in the summer for tanning. Good area for a walk

A jewel--indeed one of many--of Harlem. The winding walks and steep steps of Saint Nicholas Park are at the foot of famed City College and home to weekend pick-up sports, birthday parties, arts and music performances and plain good walking. Conveniently located above the entrance of the 135th Street B and C subway station, Saint Nicholas Park is also home to the Hamilton Grange National Memorial whence the neighborhood of Hamilton Heights gets its name.

It is a beautiful place with all the equipment for picnic and playground

Great dog run. Adequate size for large breeds. Fenced, clean and usually well populated with friendly owners and pups. Some construction at the moment but not intrusive. Hopefully it's to expand this park.

One of the most underrated parks in the New York City. Good place to jogging, many place to barbecuing, and after all. Beautiful place to escape from the city's routine.

You can do stairclimbing workouts here without even realizing it. Great big meadow to hang out in and be social. But also...
Lots of good little places to...relax...and be alone without having to worry about everyone invading your space, if u get my point.

A childhood favorite. I so much memories of this park and not to mention the movies filmed here; Above the Rim and Nee Jack City.

I have a good friend and brother that loves me, and I love her so much sweetheart I’m glad I had you and your family member. I’m so sorry I didn’t had a chance to take care of you at the moment because it was so fast I was out of my head with the notice about my grandma that past away I was in a lost trans and I didn’t see her do anything that I could see on my baby girl and all her family members that was with me at my home and my life was so loved by all of them I just can’t get it true my head I never forget about my life with you guys miss you all love you all.

Love my neighborhood park! There are some places where the sidewalk lights are burnt out but I've always felt safe.
All the stairs are great for a workout.

It's a beautiful place to bring your dog and take a nice peaceful walk. The scenery is beautiful. You can also just go with your significant other and take a romantic walk through the pathways. It's truly a very calming place.

Lovely park

This place still has a nice variety of basketball and handball courts with half of the handball courts being used for volleyball. Homestyle Ecuadorian food avaliable there makes the whole experience worthwhile! **NOTE** The food is only avaliable during spring and summer time.
