I don't often take time to provide a review, but know how useful it can be at times.

I wanted to order flowers for my cousin's birthday who lives in Washington Heights. I live in Canada and wanted to use a local florist but feared poor service or poor quality of flowers. Danielas Flower Shop II delivered the most beautiful, fresh and vibrant colored arrangement to my cousin; in time and just perfect! I placed the order while I was travelling and there was an issue with the transaction. Denise patiently waited until my return to complete the transaction although the order was already delivered.

Just left with an amazing bouquet! They were very nice to combine a few different ones into one bigger one that met my budget. She took time to arrange them so nicely, asked if it was a gift for someone (it was), and carefully trimmed and wrapped them. I’m so grateful! Wonderful experience 10/10

Best flower shop in the neighborhood! The staff are friendly and great at helping to make decisions. They can make a few flower stems turn into a gorgeous bouquet, and their selection of fresh flowers is incredible. Plus, the leaves are trimmed off all stems so you can put them straight into a vase, no extra work required (unlike grocery store bouquets). All of this, and their prices can't be beat. Daniela's has my business for life!

Wow! What a fantastic florist. Excellent service! I ordered flowers from London for a friend who lives in the Bronx. The flowers were delivered on Easter Sunday at the perfect time ! I happened to be on Zoom with this friend when she received the flowers. It was beautifully presented. Thank you. If you’re ordering internationally, you may need to leave a US phone number as additional questions might be asked about billing details (website is only set up for US addresses/ phone numbers)

Excellent store. Great variety! The employees are very nice and helpful. There is a Mexican lady very sweet and knowledgeable with the flowers. She always help me with my selection. Before they have. Mexican gentleman that was always great help too.

I chose Daniela's Flower Shop to deliver flowers to a dear friend's husband who had a hip replacement and was in the hospital in NYC. They were received by the security office, and somehow never made it to the patient.

Not at all the fault of the florist, but I did advise them not to be careful in sending flowers there in the future, as it would have been a safer bet to send them to the house instead. Hospitals have enough going on these days, they don't need this additional burden, so I took it as a learning experience.

I received a call back immediately from Denise, who insisted on making another delivery to the hospital, since my friend (the wife of the patient) happened to work there as well. I told her I was not at all expecting that, but I graciously took her up on her offer. She went the extra mile to find out my friend's schedule to deliver when she was sure to be there to receive the arrangement.

This is what EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE is! Wishing Denise and everyone at Daniela's Flowers a happy and very prosperous New Year!

Daniela's is fantastic! They have great prices and an awesome variety of plants. The staff is friendly and helpful. The plants are beautiful and well cared for. Did I mention the great prices? I've been to flower shops all over Manhattan and Daniela's is by far my favorite one. Thankful to have this place in the neighborhood.

Daniela's is a personable Florist service. The staff worked with the family of my Beloved friend who transitioned on Valentine's Day. They coordinated with the neighboring Church and Funeral Service with ease for on-time delivery on the day of her service. I am posting this review for the family who is most appreciative to learn of a florist with such an array of choice arrangements within our community [Harlem -Hamilton- Washington Heights]. They have everything from what you’d almost nearly consider a tree to the tiniest of potted flowering plants.

The staff were very nice when I was there and helpful when I had a question.

It’s a bit pricey—but you’re paying for the convenience, quality plants/flowers and have to remember smaller businesses can’t offer “Home Depot” pricing.

I really didn’t see a single thing here I wouldn’t have loved to take home!

I'm writing this review for a purpose and in hopes that a particular customer who was in while I was shopping reads this. This gentleman was the most rudest customer ever not only to the young lady taking care of two patrons and also helping her colleague get out of the situation with this horrible customer over he NOT SPENDING MORE THAN $10.00, first he came in abruptly and cut in front of another customer, second he was all over the place with his approach and not clear and very insulting, aggressive and just not pleasant, BUT attention owner: your staff was very professional as always and the young lady who was trying to help is always so sweet and in good spirits singing sometimes and always remembers her customers like me.. THANK YOU

I live in Florida and wanted to support a business in my friends neighbourhood. I called to make an order on President's day. The young lady working was very busy. She took my number and told me she would call me back; she kept her word. I placed my order online which she reviewed with me. To my amazement the flowers were the next morning the flowers. My friend was surprised and delighted. She sent a picture and the arrangement is just as beautiful as the one I selected online. Thank you for helping me to make my friends birthday so special. I will definitely be using you again!

I’ve walked passed this shop plenty of times and theres always a nice set up of beautiful plants and flowers. I finally stopped by, and I didn’t feel welcomed at all. The girl standing outside didn’t say hello, and she didn’t ask if I needed any assistance she just starred at me the whole time I looked at plants. I finally picked out a really nice and healthy Pothos plant. But, since i was not let inside the store, (i guess do to covid) I was not able to buy a new pot or some potting soil for my new plant and the lady working didn’t even ask me if i needed something else. She just rung up my plant and gave me the change. It was just a cold, lacking transaction. I hope if i decide to stop in again, I can get some enthusiasm and help since I'm no plant professional and would like to talk to someone who knows plants. The plant however is thriving and I love it.

Edit- updating my review from 3 stars to 5. Went back in and had a great experience. The 2 male staff were helpful and kind and helped me with all of my needs. I will be returning. I was also allowed to go inside and the place is beautiful.
