Junell has some of the best customer service ever!!! When I came in to pick up my flowers she greeted me at the door remembering my name. I am currently in town for Mother’s Day weekend visiting my sister and best friend. I ordered flowers a few days ago and was able to customize my order on the spot. Junell made the process so easy. The bouquet came out beautifully and sister loves them. I will definitely be ordering again.

Flowers were delivered quickly and better than expected. They were sent to my daughter for Teacher Appreciation Week and unbeknownst to me they added purple roses, tulips, and carnations to the design. Junell at the Harlem Store was so pleasant to talk and very accomodating to my circumstance. I would use them again!

Hello , I have to give Barbara's Flowers, 5 stars! I called the shop last Friday with maybe 30min to close to have an arrangement sent to a church for a funeral the next day. Junell was so kind and helpful with helping pick a flower and made sure it got to the church the next day on time! When you think business etiquette and customer service has gone out the window, you don't have to think twice when dealing with Barbara's Flowers! Will be ordering again and referring friends!!

I just ordered some flowers for my mother's birthday and have to say that the service was impeccable and the flowers were great. Les in the Harlem location helped me with my order when I had a hiccup in processing and was able to help me get same day delivery to my mom. She absolutely loved her Fiery Lily & Rose bouquet and is excited to show them off.

I had a lovely first time experience with stellar customer care from start to finish when ordering a birthday bouquet for my bestie.
I gave artistic license to the floral designer to create a bouquet with the flowers of her choice.. I said surprise me!
My friend was truly amazed by the exquisite flowers she received, especially the birds of paradise which paired so beautifully with the peach roses. I liked the how the fuchsia orchids complimented the arrangement.
Impressive work. I will definitely keep Barbara's Flowers in my contacts for future reference.

Have been a customer about 3 years. Had to send 2 separate flower arrangements to different locations for funerals last month. Beautiful arrangements and I am always pleased with their work and the customer service which is so lacking with some businesses today.

Went in the other day to order some flowers for a birthday. The employees were so helpful and arranged a beautiful bouquet at a very reasonable price. They asked some questions, I gave them some information, and within about an hour, I had a stunning gift completed curated for me! So pleased with the experience.

I recently used Barbara ' s flowers for my wedding and was beyond happy with the looks they created! I brought them a bunch of ideas and a color palette of soft spring pastels and from my bouquet, which was stunning, to the bridesmaids flowers, groomsmen boutenirs they were perfectly coordinated and beautiful. Tara is thee easiest & nicest person to work with. She really cared and took her time to listen and make sure that I didn't go over budget. You won't find a more fair priced florist in Manhattan. Absolutely Gorgeous floral arrangements, candle holders and plants! Customer service is operating at an all time high, very personable and they listen to your needs.

If in the market for any occasion that calls for floral arrangements for that special someone or plants to decorate your space this is the first place I stop. Just can't go wrong here.

I arrived right when they opened and cut flowers had not been set out on display yet. I explained the style of bouquet I wanted and the gentleman who helped me nailed it on the first try! He was mindful of my price point ($30) and did not press beyond that. Additionally, the recipient texted to comment on how long they lasted. Please support this local business!

We recently had a death in our family and returned to Barbara's for our floral needs. Patrick guided us through our choices for a casket spray etc. His recommendations were spot-on and the pieces were magnificent. Recognizing our Caribbean roots, he selected beautiful tropical accents in the perfect colors and the designs were jaw-dropping.

What a pleasant surprise it was to find myself in this shop during a walk home one recent summer afternoon. The bouquet they prepared for me was gorgeous. Much more than expected and notably fresh. I recently was in NY for my wedding. On my wedding day it was pouring and I got completely behind! I hadn't picked up my bouquet yet so I called the shop to see if they could deliver it. The woman I spoke with was AMAZING and did everything she could to get my bouquet to me. The delivery truck was gone and she had another delivery driver hop in an Uber and get it to me. I could of cried! This was the nicest thing ever and I am soooo grateful to them. I can't express how much I appreciate this place and my flowers were gorgeous! Many thanks I wish more business's could be like this.

Barbara's Flowers is every visionary's dream. Tara Simone is THE visionary, honey!! Her passion for her florals is UNreal, I'm telling you! She has such a way with her creativity, her suggestions, and just the way she can completely relate to your wants and needs would make anyone feel like family. I love how intimate her studio was, so I could really connect with her. The staff was super efficient and their arrangements were so precise to what I needed for my event. I couldn't POSSIBLY have asked for a better experience. Barbara's Flowers is life!
