Great experience! Crystal was amazing and extremely helpful. She has a great eye and wonderful taste. My wife and I were very happy to work with her. Crystal even came to the house to help sort out the designs of what we picked. We are very lucky to have her as our design consultant. I would definitely be recommending her to all our family and friends.

This was our first time shopping at Floor & Decor and David Z. made it such an easy and enjoyable experience. He helped us pick out all the tiles we needed to redo two full bathrooms, while becoming a friend in the process. I appreciated David’s honesty, guidance, and great taste!

Gentleman named Tyrone in flooring is the guy you should keep and promote. Please let someone in management know.

The product I needed was all on the racks. Coming Saturday evening there wasn’t much staff available. However, when I explain to Tyrone, if I need to hand load versus loading into truck then I’d only buy half the skid for my Monday morning need vs the whole skid, he made it happen on a Saturday night.

Me and my wife recently purchased vinyl flooring from the Paramus location, and decided to go back for a bathroom project we are working on. We were assisted by Romario who was extremely helpful in ordering the tiling we wanted that was not in stock. When we picked up our order two days later we noticed damage to some of the tiles that were loose (not boxed). Romario and Robert went above and beyond to assist us in getting the correct boxed tiling that we had ordered. We appreciate that level of customer service and will certainly be back for future projects.

Lou in tiles helped guide my wife and I through the world of bullnose trim and, thankfully, its alternatives. He knew his stuff but best of all we instantly connected with him as a person. We got all our questions answered, were happy with the product we picked and had a lot of laughs along the way. This guy should be running the place or in charge of PR or something. Thanks Lou!!

I walked into F&D without any knowledge of tiles. I am not a designer and I often need help in color coordination. Then I saw the wall tile I like in one of the displays. Based on that, I made an appointment with the designer. I was very happy to have Irene as my designer. She was the best, very friendly, a lot of patience, professional, extremely helpful, and an expert in tiles. I even consulted her in the vanity color, shower head finishing, and lighting style.

She picked / matched all the tiles for my small master bathroom, and it came out perfect just like one in showroom. If you are going to remodel your bathroom, try to get Irene. She is a great designer and takes pride of her work which is very important. I am sure she will provide valuable advice. Attached are some pictures of my small bathroom.

Great selection of materials here. I was assisted by Crystal Melendez, she she definitely knows her stuff. She gave great suggestions, as well as asked good questions to help Spark your brain to come up with your own ideas for your design. Nice person very helpful, and funny!

This is a home decorators happy place (at least one of them). I came here about a year ago and purchased floors for my basement and it was a great experience. We took samples and bought the one we liked best and any extra boxes were graciously accepted without an issue. We purchased waterproof and scratch proof floors since it was the basement level and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. They don’t actually do the installation which I think is a lost opportunity but they do have a third-party who does the work and offer you their card. I went back today for a new project and was torn between a tile and continuing my hardwood floors and russ was very helpful in helping us decide. We went through several options and even as the store was closing and his manager was asking him in the back to “let him know when we were gone,” he continued to help us and explain our options. Great customer service from him. We told him we would be back to get the floors once we complete measurements. I would definitely recommend as they have several options at various price ranges.

Amazing service from start to finish! We were doing a huge job, 820 sq ft, and needed quantity and quality. Antonio was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He put us at ease and helped us make the perfect selection. His supervisor who also helped us tremendously, (I forgot her name), was also very sweet and helpful. She knew how nervous we were about getting enough and it looking just right. We shared our ideas and pictures with them and they guides us through the whole process. Our tile was delivered to our house in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the bottom boxes of the pallet got crushed during transport. I called the store to inform them of what had happened. I spoke with Allie, and she was beyond helpful. She offered to replace the boxes and have them shipped to our home. We are over an hour away and getting to the store would not have been easy. She was so helpful, understanding and above all, kind. In a world where things are so upside down, I must say, this was the best experience ever! Thank you for being such a great team! They simply have everything you need for tile and floors. I was blown away by the selection and prices. There is no reason to waste time at Lowe's or Depot anymore. The selection and quality is better and it seems like they had everything in stock. To top it off, their staff knew where everything was and was helpful.

CARMEN was very nice and easy to work with. I am very satisfied by her help and dedication to help us renovate the downstairs bathroom; she got us everything we needed and told us WHY we needed it. (We have never done a renovation, so we had no clue what to look for) Very helpful.

We decided to remodel two of our four bathrooms at the same time. We needed building materials and tile on a regular schedule. We visited the Paramus store and shopped for samples. We were offered assistance and it helped. We met Bill Hernandez, the store manager. He assisted us and also assigned a staff member as well. Ultimately, we purchased Schluter membrane, Shower Floor, double niche and cubing along with all of our tie and mastic and grout. This allowed us to eliminate cement board and give us another 1/2” of wall depth. The Pro services staff were excellent. For our tile order, all items were selected and ordered. They had limited stock on our pencil tile and Bill was good enough to have what we needed shipped in from another store. When we Arrived to picked up our order, It was wrapped and ready to go and was loaded into my truck by the staff. Phil in the Pro Services and Shipping area did a great job. We are so pleased with the way were were treated by Bill Hernandez and his staff, that we referred our son. He purchased all of his flooring from Floor and Decor Paramus. Bravo to Bill and his staff. Anyone that says there is no customer service in retail should meet Bill Hernandez and his staff. They will be our flooring and tile store for ALL future renovations.

Luis was amazing. He helped us out in ordering our tile, he also did an amazing job picking out grout for us. Again can’t say enough nice things about our experience and Luis.

We visited the Elizabeth store and the Paramus store 40 minutes apart the same day. The Manager and many of the sales assistants were available at the Elizabeth store to assist with all our needs.

However the same cannot be said for the Paramus store. We walked around 15-20 minutes looking for someone to help us. Two employees said that they couldn't leave their area. One said he was busy doing something else and had to report to command, (whatever that is). Another said he was with another customer. Two other employees said they couldn't leave their registers and someone will come and help us. After about 20 minutes we finally got the help we needed and got the remaining products that we weren't able to get all at the Elizabeth store. Both experiences were good and positive. Both stores were clean & spacious. Easy to get to with plenty of parking.

Paramus could have been a little bit more efficient. The bottom line is you need more help at the Paramus store and more visibility of management and helpful staff.

My husband and I are remodeling our bathroom, and I went to Floor and Decor in Paramus, NJ to get the goods. This was my very first time ever shopping at Floor and Decor, and they left a great impression on me. I was concerned that I didn't have someone else there to help pick out what I need but I was wrong. Carmen from Design was with me every step of the way. She was friendly, knowledgeable and patient and helped me accomplish my goals. Bryce was also there to get me all straightened out by putting everything in the car with a smile and a great personality. Thanks so much for the great customer service experience, Carmen and Bryce. Because of you I'll be back again to get the items that I need for my kitchen remodel in a couple of months!

Ezgi yildirim design consultant was very helpful to me I lost a receipt and needed to return the item a bought at floor & decor she was kind enough to take the time go on her computer and print a copy of it for me.

So I have to say, in spite of some complications, the service and quality of this store was excellent and we are VERY happy with both the experience , attention and installation. The Customer Service team (Elizabeth F) is very responsive and the floor people (Dave) are very knowledgeable .The quality of the products and choices is huge and prices excellent.Will definitely do our next project there.
