If they don't have the size I need, they will get it for me in a heartbeat, no hesitation, no drama they know when a good old customer steps in the door I am a very picky guy and will always triple check my kicks if I need to see 2 pairs of the same kick they will bring them both out let me check them out try them on and if I'm satisfied I will keep them on walk up to the counter pay for it and put the old ones in the box never a problem

I went to the store this morning to buy the new 11's that came out. The store had the exact size I needed and an employee Adrian was great and helped me get my sneakers quickly. Great customer service.

I came in a few days ago looking for a shoe size and the manager helped me look for the size and told me to come back a few days later that’s he would have it. I come back today and he got me the right size. I had a great experience and it was an amazing customer service.
