I truly cannot believe the 1 star reviews I am reading; Sounds like we’re talking about two different places. I cannot comment on Groupon because I don’t use those services but I will share that my experiences with VM have all been peaceful, professional, respectful, nurturing and literally the best massage and facials I have ever gotten. When I was going through a breakup and decided to treat myself for my birthday, Maria and her other employees made sure to make me feel like a princess. I have not experienced any issues with scheduling and have been accommodated when necessary. Took my friend, she loved it and bought more packages for herself and for her mom. She said she left feeling extremely light and loved. As a woman, I tend to think I always need to provide but when I come to this spa, I am reminded to let go, be present and enjoy being pampered. If you are looking for the same high-end treatment for a reasonable price, then you need to go to VM Beauty Spa.

Great and knowledgeable staff, Maria preps magic potions that are for your skin type. They offer you something to drink and let you know about promos or sales going on. Not like other spas that are just knocking you on your back w the prices. Overall amazing place definitely returning. By the way there is extra parking in the rear side of building entrance is on Garrett Pl. You can in either Dean st or Engle st because is a 2 way.

I found out about VM Beauty through a friend and groupon. I highly recommend their nail services. I received a very thorough gel manicure and pedicure. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I recommend they have gel polish swatches available to make it easier to see the color. However, they were able to test the color for me. It is a very personable experience. It definitely feels like a high end place.

What a great local Gem! Not only do they have hair, but nails, facials and massage as well. I was so happy with my hair. We forgot to take a before, but my hair stylist put so much love and effort into my color, cut and style. I would 100% come back

This was simply an excellent experience. I felt really pampered and taken care of by professional staff and beautiful decor.

My very first massage ever, and it was amazing. I got the deep tissue massage with Lisette, and she was everything you could ask for and more. She helps make you feel so comfortable and relaxed that I had to refer my family and request another appointment. Massage ends with kind words and a nice cup of hot tea. 100% recommend! +They speak spanish :D

I just had a 60 minute massage with Elizabeth! Best massage of my life. Very professional and thorough! The owner, Maria is also very nice!

I have been here twice, once for Massage and 2nd time for Keratin Treatment. I had used Groupon for both visits so the service was at a discounted price.

Staff were very professional and friendly, especially the person who worked on my Keratin Treatment was courteous and patient throughout the lengthy session. Note - You might be charged extra depending on the length and thickness of your hair buy this is pretty standard in most of the Salons when using pricey products

My facial was amazing! So so relaxing and my face is glowing. During my facial I got a mini massage and it was so good I’m going back for a full body massage! You must go to this hidden gem you won’t be disappointed

Awesome experience. It was the deep tissue massage and the best thing about it was the variety of stages during the massage like hot stones, hot towels, hot blanket while doing the back and front while doing stretching in between. Not just the same old massage which I like too but this was a great experience! Thanks Lisette!

The best deep tissue massage, I found my masseuse and I’m never turning back. Lizette’s massage is everything you expect from a massage to relax and destress. Worth every penny! Super nice staff always.

What an amazing place to get a massage! They are truly about the therapy and understanding what your body needs. My muscled were deeply massaged and my body stretched. I came here from groupon and never stopped coming. Highly recommend. Maria, Lizzette and team are amazing!!!

I got a regular keratin which last up to 3 Months. My hair is very soft and silky smooth! They are very professional, detailed and nice when attending to their customer. Raquel did my hair and I love it very much! I will definitely be back to try one of their other many services.

Yolanda Salazar did a great job. She's professional and knows what your body need. I had a body message last Thursday 10/27, and I can tell you they are well knowledgeable.

Words cannot emphasize how much I love this place. I’ve had multiple gel mani/pedis- which were pristine and lasted 3 plus weeks. BUT Today I had the full body deep tissue massage with Maria and it was undoubtedly without comparison THE BEST one I’ve EVER had. The facility is clean, serene and the entire staff is friendly and professional. They gave my 5yo son a (no polish) mini mani while I got my massage and kept him quietly entertained for the duration of my massage, treating him like any other patron. Truly a hidden gem 💎 ❤
