The Hive Bar & Bistro

Pictures speak for themselves as far as the food goes. I had an arugula salad with steak and my friend had the cheesy beef tacos. The service is excellent, I recommend the watermelon lemon drop drink.

The hive bar is a nice local spot and the lighting is everything there. The bar/ restaurant is small. There is a small parking lot in the back so if your lucky your able to get a spot. I have been there about three times and all three times there was a different vibe to it. Sometimes it’s absolutely so packed and other times it’s just a handful of people and have a laid back type of atmosphere. I’ve had the blt which was great and also the wings. The steak my friend had was good as told by them. The prices are usual not over the top nor cheap. I like the setting of the place. There are three big screens through the place.

My most recent visit the owner was so kind to give us a complimentary appetizer of delicious Mozzarella with red sauce. The steak was worth the wait so delicious and flavorful.

Taco Tuesday at the Hive is where you want to be! But I’m sure any day will be just as great.

They have happy hour specials as well as daily specials. Todays specials were perfect for Taco Tuesday! I highly recommend the crispy chicken tacos, Thai chicken tacos, and filet steak tacos. Aside from the tacos the beef & cheese empanadas were delicious!

The vibes are also great and they have DJs on certain nights. I definitely can’t wait to come back now that the weather is warmer!

Taco Tuesday + The Hive is the place to be! DJ killin in on my birthday food is always great ! Service is good it’s always packed so have to give the girls a break if they aren’t around while your there! Drinks are amazing ! Great tacos filled to the top! The tots are amazing as you can see !!!

Okay so let me just say, that my husband and I were looking for the best jalapeno margherita in the area and this spot came up on the reviews. I will be honest from the moment we stepped inside the staff was welcoming and friendly. They recommended to get grilled and crispy tacos on the happy hour menu and they were A+Mazing! OH! And the jalapeno margherita did not disappoint it was really good, it comes second runner up from Orlando, FL.great hang out, date night, or even a party/dance night. Because the music is good they have a great little outside area and it's really clean and they have awesome art around. Also they hay have hookah on the patio in the back. It was a fun night. I give 5 starts

A place that my friends are excited to travel an hour to, and also a place that local friends dine weekly. Wonderful staff, vibes, music, energy, and of course food. Whether it’s just you, a large party, or a private party, the experience is just as amazing. :)

Hip & lively bar / bistro THE HIVE ! Great environment for dinner, drinks && conversation. Nice sized menu with a diverse selection of food. Drink menu was super creative as well. Definitely a great place to check out. In the picture I have the Hive tots, cheesesteak sandwich & perogies. All were very very great !! Freshly made & awesome flavors!!

This is one of the best bars to go to if you're in Jersey. The music is amazing. The vibe is great. The only problem I would say is if you're into bars that are more chill and calm this probably isn't the one for you. This is definitely a party type of bar it's packed at all times. The space definitely needs to be bigger, considering how many people they bring in a night. The music is definitely like R&B and Spanish mixture. They definitely need a bigger space because on weekends. It's hard to even walk in there but it's definitely worth the wait and worth being kind of squished just because of how great this bar is.

This place is buzzzzing. We decided to try out a new place for happy hour and drinks and the hive did not disappoint. Great place for perogies and drinks and empanadas. They have a nice backyard patio also 👍🏻

The Hive is a local bar that many people I know including myself grew to love. All around great service !!

I've been coming here for years and the drinks are on point and the food is nothing to sneeze at either. Their wings are my go to. It's always a good time whether you want to listen to the DJ or dance or watch sports on their tvs.

Good food, chill scene, and they usually have different specials every time we stop in. Street parking only, so get here early. Keep up the great work!

Ok , let me tell you!! What a great spot to visit. If you are in the area it a must!! You will not be mad , great food , great drinks and great service.

This place is amazing friendly workers and a relaxing environment. The chef is amazing reinventing old favorites. I find myself coming again and again.
