The level of attention to detail as well as quality of service is amazing from the first consultation to the big day! Loved working with the team for our wedding pyebaek ceremony. Got so many compliments on how entertaining and smoothly run the ceremony was.

The Hanbok was an amazing partner to work with for our wedding! We wanted to perform a fusion of our cultural ceremonies and they were very excited about our idea and were able to adjust their pricing for us because we only wanted to rent the groom’s paebaek outfit. We also rented paebaek decorations they provided which included 3 imitation foods, a pair of mandarin ducks, and traditional table clothes including a cloth for catching chestnuts. All the decorations were beautifully ornate and they really made our celebration extremely special. They were extremely responsive to questions and easy to coordinate with. We cannot wait to go back to The Hanbok for future celebrations!

We used The Hanbok for multiple services for our wedding - pyebaek ceremony, custom hanbok orders, and rentals for family members. Everything turned out so beautifully! The quality and colors of the fabric and garment construction are amazing. Jasmine and her team did a great job throughout the whole process for fittings and selections. The Hanbok team helped us change into and out of our outfits and provided explanations to the guests during the pyebaek and ensured that everything ran smoothly. Our guests loved the ceremony and we are so glad that we were able to incorporate this tradition during our wedding day!

My experience was absolutely amazing with the team at The Hanbok. Everything from visiting their very chic shop to the end of my event, my experience was nothing less than perfect. I had a Korean/Indian fusion wedding and we wanted to share the beautiful culture of Korea with a pyebaek. Our pyebaek ceremony was so beautifully set up and in a truly elegant and stunning manner with a touch of modern aspects. They were so helpful with changing out of my Indian dress into my hanbok, which was a tedious task and they were with us the entire time to answer any questions. Top notch experience. We rented hanboks for our baby’s dohl—they were super communicative, answered questions right away, and were flexible in making appointments. The store is clean, beautiful and everyone working there is knowledgeable and pleasant. And of course the hanboks we rented were top notch quality and a lot of variety. I have a lot of experience renting hanboks from some of the best places in Seoul and this place is comparable to Seoul!

The Hanbok has many pretty colored dresses that look beautiful and modern. The owner is super friendly and is experienced. She will ensure that the wearer will look beautiful by focusing on the little details. She is able to help you choose colors that personally complement you! 5 stars for sure👍🏻

We rented hanbok for both mothers of bride and groom and it was beautiful. We received many compliments from our guests how beautiful our mothers looked in hanbok on our wedding day. The staffs at the Hanbok were very professional and helpful and the process was easy and smooth from the day for fitting to the day of return. We were so pleased with the service & the quality of the hanboks that we brought our mothers in to rent their hanboks for our wedding. Although The Hanbok allocated a lot of time for our appointment, we picked the first one that she recommended. She takes into consideration what kind of event it is, what color matches your skin tone, and all the little details that truly matter. Because I wasn't able to pick the hanbok up directly and had to send someone else, they kindly texted me the instructions so the process would go smoothly. Love this place! I came in to rent hanbok for my baby’s first birthday party (dohl). My baby had hanbok gifted from korea so it was just myself and hubby that needed. I wanted to make sure my baby stands out the most and her hanbok color to pop! And when they saw my babys hanbok they knew which ones we suit the best. They were very professional at their job and i felt like i can depend on their decisions. If you are looking to rent hanbok, please come here! They will give you 100% satisfaction. I will definitely come back here again to rent hanbok for my future wedding for my moms!

I highly suggest booking an appointment before coming here. They have the greatest korean clothing here. I highly recommend coming here for any special events especially weddings. I am strongly thinking of coming here for my wedding fitting and the owners make if so easy to coordinate the fittings for the bride and bridesmaids. Prices are reasonable they have rental options and customized fitting options as well. Rentals can run from $300 to $800. Customized fittings start at $1000. Street parking available.

Fantastic hidden gem! Seems like its ran by a mom and her daughter. Didn't have an appointment but was still given attentive service. Thankfully it wasn't too busy. Loved how they made me and my wife feel welcome and not pressured to purchase anything. We got a great dress for our daughters 1st bday! Will definitely recommend and visit again!

Liked the experience with them. Couldn’t find a better quality and design anywhere. The trial fitting shot and the actual fitting shot can be different since the full fitting is with way more steps and layers.

My experience with The Hanbok was beyond my expectations. Not only did they have great quality and variety of hanboks, their customer service was impeccable. They even went out of their way to talk to my cleaners! I highly recommend The Hanbok.

Wonderful experience! The best place to have our Korean Tradicional HANBOK for my 2nd son's wedding. By the way, we did my mom's Hanbok for the oldest son's wedding on last year. Definitely highly recommended! Jasmine was kindly, detailed and very nice.

Great experience! My financée and I went for a fitting and were welcomed warmly and right away even though we showed up half an hour before our appointment. Jasmine and her assistant were very efficient and encouraged my future bride to try on both styles of wedding garb to see which she liked best, as well as allowed me to take pictures.

Our being a mixed couple caused no issue or concern , and while I was prepared to speak what little Korean to them that I knew, I felt plenty welcomed and not pressured to in order to fit in as the entire appointment was conducted in English.

Jasmine helped us decide when the best time during our reception for Paebaek would be and was very concerned about planning it in a way to make sure it wouldn't get boring for our non-Korean guests. Her very high confidence that everything would be no more than 30 minutes also showed us she was experienced.

I foresee no problems and am very excited for the memories this tradition will add to our wedding. If I remember, I'll update how it went, but from all I've seen so far, I highly recommend The Hanbok.

Second time renting from them. Chic boutique experience, with traditional and modern styles of hanboks. They take Venmo and text with customers for ease, and treat customers with care and kindness. Highly recommend.

The owner here is realllyy nice and accommodating. I had my mom's hanbok done here for my wedding and she helped my mom pick out the hanbok that fits her body the best and also look the best. She really knows a lot about hanbok!
