Only used them the 1 time - but they came when we called! Had a blocked main line and they were over and had the job done quickly and with great attitude- and a little explaining of what caused the problem.
Totally recommend these guys - glad to have them near us!!

I very rarely leave a five star review but I have used them several times now and have always been very happy. Quality work, on time and clean up after themselves. If you need a plumber I would not hesitate to call and use Accu- Rooter.

So here is my story. Had the first drain service company come in. No luck wanted to camera and dig , I didn’t understand why. Was reckoned to call accu rooter so I did. Mike can out to my house Great friendly guy , he don’t have success in the beginning, he kept at is and cleared the main sewer drain. It was great he was more happy than I was with his work. He aims to please and doesn’t except failure.

Stan came by to clear out my drains - he got right to work, and the pricing seemed reasonable to me for what he was going to do. I have a nearly 100 year home, and there's a bunch of weird quirks - turns out these drains are one of them. Stan checked the curb outlets and the drains, and told me that we should get a scan done because we both couldn't find where the water went to. He didn't charge me, and wasn't pushy about anything. He cleaned up after himself, and even made a helpful suggestion about our ant problems!

The first plumber was not able to do the job and left. I met the second plumber (Vinnie) while he was working for another customer. He gave me free advice on how to do the job correctly, and when I called the order in did an excellent job despite the many setbacks he encountered. Thank you!

I have had these guys come out and solve a persistent drainage issue. The tech was a step above and knowledgeable. I would have no problem recommending these guys to family and friends. Used them twice ,will use again

The end of 2018 we called to have our boiler that heats the house to be fixed. We were told that it needed to be replaced, and the cost would be 6,000 dollars. It took three days, our stairs down to the basement was cracked and our storm window was broken. However, we paid the amount and were told that the broken stairs and the storm window was on us, even though your employees cracked it. Three separate plumbers have come out since then and each have told us that the installation would not have passed inspection, and were wondering who installed the boiler as such.

Since then we have paid $1,400 dollars, and it's going to cost even more since they need to fix everything that was not done correctly by this company and we cannot keep losing heat.

This was not done professionally and we would like to know what this company does in situations like this. We did contact the company regarding the broken stairs and the storm door and we were told it's not your problem. We called also the first time the boiler broke down and were told they couldn't come out right away, and that it would cost an additional amount. Who runs a business like this.

They sent a plumber to my friend's house last week - he had many tattoos and was not very polite. The office quoted her one price and he changed the price when he was done with the job - in less than 30 minutes! We are Korean and I think he used that to get over on her - but anyway I will report this company to the Chamber of Commerce for bait and switch tactics - STEER CLEAR of this company.

Bad quality work, Bad quality people. Never finish up there work properly in order to make more more money in a couple of weeks. Not responsible and cheat customers all the way

I did not like these techs they overcharged and did not clean up after themselves.
