Fast Twitch Saddle Brook

I'm going on 3 weeks at Fast Twitch. I come 2x per week to the adult fitness classes with Coach Jeremy.. I've been an athlete most of my life and was a gymnast and rugby player most of my childhood/teenage years.. I love training hard and being pushed to do things I doubt I can do. Coach Jeremy has started to figure out that I'm much stronger than I let on and adds more weight to push me and I truly love it. My ultimate goal is to become strong enough to do a push up /pull up one day. I know with Coach Jeremy's help I can ..I wish there were more week day classes ..I love it so much

I started doing personal training twice a week with Justo (about a month ago) for my upcoming wedding. He has been communicative, informative, and professional. In comparison to other personal training I’ve received in the past, this is definitely a better overall experience. I was hesitant to try personal training again but I’m glad I did.

Justo takes a real interest in his clients and I’m seeing progress in myself in a short timeframe. In general, all the staff here have been friendly. I highly recommend them!

Fast Twitch is by far the most inclusive, high-tech training gym I have ever been to! First of all, the space is huge and super clean and organized with a wide variety of machines and gadgets that enhance your experience ten fold! With their machinery I was able to better understand what I needed to work on to achieve my desired goals. Secondly, the staff are super warm and welcoming (shoutout to my trainer, Ru). They are super knowledgeable and are able to explain anything in lamest terms to ensure proper understanding and technique. If you are having trouble starting your fitness journey, a conversation/session with any trainer in this facility will give you the confidence boost you need to achieve your goals! Recommend 10/10.

I train with both Ru and Jeremy. Both are very friendly and professional. Challenging Just celebrated 1 year of training with Ru and Jeremy at Fast Twitch. It has been a very good experience, both are professional and friendly. Looking forward to another year of training with them and I hope they feel the same way about me. 😊

An amazing facility with everything you need to train your best and recover afterwards! Fast Twitch has incredible, knowledgeable trainers that offer tough and customized workouts to help clients reach their goals. I love the variety in the workouts and the awesome environment as well! Definitely recommend to all!!

I have been training at FastTwitch Saddle Brook for several years and I am beyond pleased with the progress I have made. The coaches have answered every questioned I have asked about an exercise, they observe you closely while working out to make sure you are doing the exercise correctly and are a wealth of knowledge in their field. The atmosphere is great between clients and trainers, almost like a big family. For me, the personal training with both Andrew and Ru have been second to none!

Coach Rurik is the best! He always makes training fun, safe and effective while pushing me out of my comfort zone. Fast twitch is an awesome facility with everything you could want in a training session, including a sauna! I would recommend fast twitch to anyone looking to work with knowledgeable trainers to help make a true lifestyle change.

Trainers took the time to explain their program and showed us around facility. My son did a free class and he really enjoyed it. He feels he can benefit from the classes to improve his game.

Let me just say that I am glad I made the decision to become a part of Fast Twitch. Loveeee the facility and the trainers are top class. Coaches are very friendly and always there for anything you need. You will get your moneys worth not only with the knowledgeable trainers(have to be a little biased on this one- shoutout to my Coach Kell- great at what he does) and with the equipment you will be working with. Always clean and a welcoming environment. A home away from home to get that workout in!

I have been coming to Fast Twitch for almost a year now and I can honestly say it feels like a second home. The entire staff has brought my love for fitness back. From my trainer Brandon to every single person in the place makes you feel right at home. Very attentive to your goals and needs and always there to help inside and outside of the gym! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

I have been going for a couple of months and I love the environment and how kind and friendly everyone is. It is clear to see how passionate the fitness trainers are and how hard they work into making our goals happen! I personally love my trainer Jessica, she motivates me to keep going and better myself every day!!

Hands down the best training facility I’ve ever been to! All the trainers there are very knowledgeable and friendly. They make you look forward to coming to the facility because of how fun they make it. Tut and Rurik are doing an incredible job there running it and would 100% recommend giving this place a shot if you’re looking to achieve your fitness goals and have a great time with great people as you’re doing it!

I’ve been training with Fast Twitch for 5 years now! I started working with Jess this year and I couldn’t have wished for a better coach! She pushes me and educates me on what I need to do more of, what my body needs even outside of the gym. She makes me never want to miss a training session! Highly recommend going to Fast twitch!

If you want a state of the art facility, with trainers who are well skilled and attentive, this is the place to go! I have been working with various trainers for the last 3 plus years and I can not say a negative thing.💪🏻🏋‍♀

I started going to fast twitch after having my first baby. I look forward to my workouts every week. The whole team is so dedicated and professional it feels like a big family. Everyone is very knowledgeable and encouraging. The environment is fun but focused. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great gym and professional and knowledgeable trainers. I was a member at another gym and was fortunate to have Melinda as one of my trainers. When Melinda chose to move to Fast Twitch, it was a no brainer for me to chose to follow her and I am glad I did. Melinda is attentive, knowledgeable and makes the hardest workout fun.

Fast Twitch Point Pleasant provides you with the equipment and space to get a great workout or train on your own or with a highly knowledgeable trainer. Their new location is clean, spacious and a great atmosphere. Equipment is top of the line also, and it looks like they’re always investing into new top of the line equipment to accommodate the wide variety of their members. Love it!

Amazing place to be apart of! Outstanding coaches and staff!! I’ve made so much progress in just a couple of weeks! Not only am I getting a great workout, I get all the chiropractic and injury care I need. They work one on one with you and make sure you are performing the best you can! She offers customized, challenging work out plans that garner real results. She is attentive, caring and focused on safe movement to avoid injuries.
