I was so impressed by the quick reservation system and friendly service. I felt reassured because I was informed of the details of the visiting team in advance by message. Our technician Jakub quickly unclogged my old bathtub drain in just 10 minutes! Thanks Jakub, you are a true professional!

Joe Volino was an absolute gem. He was thorough, did the job, double checked everything, and made sure that I was completely satisfied with what he had done before he left. The long story short is I had called last minute, I spoke with Tracy in the office. From there I spoke with Grace who booked me for same day service, and then I was texted multiple times throughout the day to make sure that everything was still a go. I even called to see if they could come early and they accommodated me immediately. From the minute I made the phone call until the minute I wrote the check I was completely satisfied. There's nothing more that I could say except for anything that you need call them immediately. Every single human being in that business feels like family.

My kitchen sink was clogged and we tried everything. We always had drainage issue since buying the home but never clogged until now. Called Jason and his team can the next day to service my sink. The tech worked diligently (even having to go to the basement to the main pipe) and unclogged my sink. It now drains perfectly! No issues at all. Thank you to team Mazzer for the quick assist and follow up!!! Awesome company!

Our recent experience with the installation of the mini split AC system was fabulous from beginning to end. Every member of the Mazzer team was a joy to talk to and welcome into our home. You were all flexible and worked within our schedule and timeframe. Everyone was respectful of our property. Questions were answered with a smile and patience. Special thanks for removing the window air conditioner to the garage as well!
We knew the town inspection would fly through without a hitch.

I had a clogged kitchen sink and after trouble shooting with the usual tactics (plunger, drano, snake, 15ft hand held crank snake), I had Jason Mazzer Plumbing come out. They were able to send someone within 24 hours. They showed up in the window they said they would by a tech named Quentin who was respectful, fast, explained what he was doing and where he found the issue. After using an industrial drill snake, he was able to loosen the clog and wrapped up, leaving the space clean, double checking before he left that he resolved the issue fully. Their service fee was reasonable, and I appreciated the text I got prior to the arrival of the technician with a picture of him, his name and a little about his experience and hobbies. Would use this plumbing company again and would recommend. Thanks Mazzer plumbing!

Had Jason Mazzer Plumbing back today after getting a maintenance contract for my house. Kyle and Todd came to do the heating service and check and everything was great. They replaced my filters and I also had them winterize my outdoor water lines and repair some water spigots. They checked other plumbing related items and knew what they were doing and also brought attention to some other items that I need to address. I’ve had other companies with a maintenance contract before and they were terrible. Would be there for hours and not getting anything done, would have to come back multiple times to fix the same issues and it would cost thousands. I felt confident in my technicians for a change with Jason Mazzer and didn’t have a huge bill at the end. Kyle and Todd were great! Thank you!

Our toilet was leaking and we only have one. We called mazzer up and Quentin came soon. He fixed it and was so nice. We have used mazzer before and will continue to.

Nelson was very punctual, friendly and professional, when he came and fixed 2 of our toilets. He quickly diagnosed the problems, double and triple checked his work and left my bathrooms clean and damage free. The price quote we received was honest and fair and the quality of the work was on point. We were very pleased and would definitely recommend him to out friends and family.

I’ve been using Mazzer for almost a year now and have nothing but wonderful things to say. I signed up for their hvac/ac care package, which has them come out twice a year to do a check up on my systems. They even text me to remind me to make the appointment. I also had them replace our water heater and our hvac humidifier, and they were quick and efficient, and my both systems have worked flawlessly since. The ease of mind of having the Mazzer team checking in on these major appliances has been absolutely worth it!
