My elderly mother was struggling to make the leap to a smart phone. Most places she stopped in didn't really have the time to dedicate to explaining everything to her and basically holding her hand to help her make the transition and take the plunge. I was so happy when she told me how much Jake helped her! He helped her choose a phone that would work with my father's hearing aid, and one that would be easiest for her to use. I am so grateful and appreciative of Jake for the time he spent with my mom. I'm sure he will continue to be a great source of assistance for her. Thank you Jake!!!

I had to pick up equipments for my Fios order. I called ahead to confirm they have them available.

Upon arrival, saw the beautiful glossy exterior the store. It is equally clean and nice inside. Very modern store. I got help from a representative right away. Got my two routers and was out of the door within 5 minutes.

Happy to know I have a store near home for easy pick up and returns.

This was my first time to this store and I was very impressed. The employee was very friendly and helpful. I literally was in and out within a few minutes. This store is a great little hideaway from the hustle on the highways.

Kunj helped my husband and I upgrade to new phones. He was very patient and knowledgeable!
I never had an iPhone and he explained different aspects of phones, pricing, and plans.
He answered all our questions honestly.
Overall it was a pleasure to do business with him and will definitely return!

It is rare I write reviews but I had to because Kunj Patel is hands down the kindest, most patient, intelligent and caring representative you will ever find. He knows his stuff inside and out ans clearly enjoys helping customers fix any issues they have. I feel so lucky to have met him and Verizon is so lucky and smart to have such a wonderful person working on their behalf!

Chris Mercado is an excellent customer representative who was greatly helpful in all aspects of my phone setup. He offered many different options, assisted in the activation of my phone, and made sure that I got the best deals available. I appreciate all the time he spent helping me and made the whole process easy and seamless.

We upgraded both of our lines this past Sunday and Mr. Brandon Martinez was very helpful. He explained the entire process and ensured we were clear on each part. He even added the screen protector and ensured all items were transferred properly. This is our second time upgrading at Wireless Depot and I highly recommend it and Brandon!!

Kunj Patel is one of the most pleasant and helpful young man. His customer service is the best. I’m a senior citizen and not really up to the new technology. He took his time and explained everything to me very patiently. I just want you to know what a terrific employee you have.

I decided to finally upgrade my iPhone 5 to the iPhone 6. I was worried about losing my information as it has happened to me in the past when I broke my phone. The manager, Chris did a great job of explaining to me the benefits of iCloud and he personally moved all my information over for me from my old iPhone to the next!! I was so happy that I still had all my old texts and pictures!! He's patient and explained everything thoroughly and helped me make sure all my important information is backed up for the future if anything happens. I couldn't be more happy. Made my phone buying experience very good and easy!! I recommend him and this store to anyone!

My i phone was recently stolen. In a state of panic, I rushed to the Verizon Wireless Depot in Washington Township, NJ. Edgar was extremely kind-first calming me down. Then he helped me inactivate and erase the information on my stolen phone. I purchased a new phone and he set it up quickly and without any glitches or problems. My experience with Edgar was exceptional and excellent!!! The whole process was quick. Edgar and Kunj were knowledgeable, kind, efficient and wonderful. I highly recommend this business and in particular , Edgar and Kunj.

The Verizon Store located at 281 Pascack Rd. Washington Township. NJ is easy to find. The staff, especially Alexander Wyche, are so helpful and very knowledgeable about the products.

I had the privilege of being helped by the store Manager, Kunj Patel, and I'm so delighted. This young man's sense of customer satisfaction exceeded all my expectations. He was a paramount professional, whose knowledge of the Samsung products was more than impressive. As a result of his professionalism, knowledge and kindness, I purchased two new phones. Yes, it was time to do so, but if he hadn't made it so easy to accomplish, I probably would have waited another 6 months. I've since been in the store 3 more times with questions, and at no time did I feel as if I was disturbing anyone, or should know better etc. I always felt as a valued customer, and that it directly to Kunj's style. He truly is an asset to Verizon. So if you're in the market for a new phone, the Verizon Wireless Depot in Washington Twp., N.J. should be your next stop. After the tropical storm that hit this summer (2020) my 91 year old grandmother had no power and no way to contact her family for 3 days. She went in to the store never using a cell phone before and Mr. Patel helped her get a phone and spent as much time as she needed to learn how to use it. It was such a blessing to know people care and take the time to help in times of need. She said he was amazing and had the patience of a saint!

I walked in after a long day of work and showed up with a phone not functioning. He was eager to help me get my phone back up and running quickly. After a few attempts of trying different things he finally worked his magic and my phone was back up and running within 15 minutes. Highly recommend working with Kunj, we all know technology can be a touchy topic but he made it easy.

My phone crashed yesterday, and luckily this location was open on a Sunday in the middle of a snow storm. Kunj Patel gave me exceptional customer service. He went over and above to get me set up on my new phone. I would recommend this store to everyone.
