My recent Mobile Car Service was great! Having a tech come to my house and work on my car in my driveway was convenient and made the process effortless for me. Also the work was done by a very friendly and knowledgable technician who completed the work in a reasonable time and took time to explain what he did and look into a problem I was having with my GPS. Thank you and don’t ever discontinue the mobile service option!

Great experience at All American Ford ...went in to talk price on a new Mustang GT. I'd seen on there website. I was immediately greeted and then introduced to Michael. This guy is not your typical car salesman. Michael is a really nice guy ,down to earth, a good listener and not pushy at all.So after looking at the car we got down to business. The whole deal only took about 30 minutes .I took delivery the next day and again Mike made the whole process from start to finish a pleasant experience. Mike even called me a few days later just to say hi and to see if I had any questions and was happy with my new car.

Purchased a Ford from another dealer 24 hours before driving through Paramus and had an issue. Pulled in to All American Ford hoping they might be able to help. Within 10 minutes, the service manager Tyler, worked us into an already full schedule and had the vehicle on a lift with a technician. Staff were amazing and super friendly. Within an hour we were back on the road for our vacation, Can’t say thank you enough! Great service! Totally saved our vacation!

The folks at All American Ford are awesome. I had an issue with my check engine light. That would not go away. The techs worked diligently to get my vehicle repaired once and for all. During this time, I had inadvertently left $200 in the visor of my vehicle. When I got my vehicle back, the cash was still there. These are some of the most honest and trustworthy folks. All American should be proud to have them as employees. I especially want to say that Mike and Mia in the service department made me a customer for life.

We happened to stop by to look at the Ranger Raptor and was greeted by Keung. After speaking with Keung for a little while, we realized he was so laid back knowledgeable about everything we asked, it left a good impression on us. We exchanged numbers so he could text us when the Ranger Raptor was delivered so we could see it before it went to its new home. In the interim, we had a friend who was looking for a Bronco, which piqued our interest as well. We went to a local Ford dealership to test drive a Bronco and absolutely hated our experience. We couldn’t have run out of there fast enough. We decided to go back to Keung in Paramus (from Brooklyn/Staten Island), specifically because of how great he was in the short time we spoke. Within a week, our friend bought a 2024 Big Bend Bronco and we bought a 2023 Wildtrak Bronco. We are so happy with our purchase.

When you usually go into a dealership, it’s so stressful and you don’t completely trust whoever you’re talking to. Speaking with Keung really changed that experience for us. Every question we asked was answered in confidence. At no point did we feel pressured to buy something, and he was so patient with us, as we were on the fence between a Ranger Raptor and a Bronco over the week. We couldn’t be happier with both the car and the experience Keung provided. He truly makes you feel like he’s on your side and you can trust him. As long as Keung is working, we will continue to go back to him.

I had a great experience buying a new Bronco here. I came in open minded to a few different vehicles. I worked with Rylee who was exceptionally knowledgeable as well as personable. She was entirely patient when I went for a late audible and decided to purchase a different vehicle then we had gone over the previous couple hours. Once my purchase was finalized she took the time to walk me through many of the bells and whistles including setting up wireless apple carplay. Javier at All American Ford is the kindest most down to Earth person. I didn't even think of him as a salesman, we just chatted about cars, specifically the Bronco. After a really interesting conversation and alot forwarded knowledge on the Bronco Wildtraks, I decided to buy one! Best car buying experience ever!

They have evolved so much and kept up with the times with customer service and their facility. My 3rd one is a lightning. Buying online was painless. Dan in sales answered all my stupid questions during the process.
Today I'm on my 3rd mobile service. They have been to my work and home for a few recalls and software updates. Meghan calls me to get the ball rolling and figure out where it's convenient to meet. Couldn't be any easier.

Curtis is hands down the best salesman there. He is very knowledgeable of the vehicles and the packages, the pros and cons of everything. Think it’s my 4 vehicle leased with him. I will never go anywhere else! Even after I drive off he will check in that I am still satisfied and happy with my purchase. I highly recommend him.

I had such a pleasant experience here. They took care of 2 safety recalls, fixed my back up camera, oil change and tire rotation. Did an amazing job, fixed my camera issue that the Englewood location told me they could not help me. Highly professional staff. Jeanette in particular was so friendly and helpful. She went over everything when I picked up my truck. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

The staff at All American Ford in Paramus is the best, and their mobile service offering to customers is AMAZING. With 2 young children, and 1 easy phone call my wife was able to schedule maintenance on her Explorer right in our driveway on a day and time of her choice. Meghan was very helpful in scheduling our appointment, the technician called before and at time of his arrival, there was literally zero mess left, and it was honestly just an all around awesome experience. We highly recommend and would give 6 stars if we could!!
