I recently had the pleasure of interacting with the staff, particularly Tanya, and I must commend them for their outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in seeking storage, Tanya greeted me with a warm smile and genuine willingness to assist.

Throughout the entire process, Tanya demonstrated a deep understanding of the facility's offerings, patiently answering all my questions and providing valuable insights to help me make informed decisions. Her professionalism and courtesy were evident as she guided me through the rental process efficiently, making the experience seamless and stress-free.

Moreover, Tanya went above and beyond to accommodate my specific needs, ensuring that I found the perfect storage unit size and location tailored to my requirements. Her attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly exceeded my expectations.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I had to let others know how wonderful the stuff at this location treated me . How they go above and beyond to help you. And the best part is it was actually well managed and cleaned. Thank you for all you do to help us store our belongings with you guys!!

I just wanna start off by saying Tanya customer service was through the roof she was very respectful and helpful she answered any questions I had with out a problem and she explained everything to me and let me know what I had to do when I arrived for my storage place. Also when I arrived with my things she let me know that she had put the ladder near my storage unit for me which I really appreciated it a lot.

This Storage Facility is very close to home so it's very convenient. the Staff is great, friendly & willing to provide answers when needed. I miss chatting with Julius he was a good guy that used to work there. Vanessa is a dedicated worker & who also said Happy Birthday to me as well as another employee I didn't catch his name, which was very kind of her & him. Carlos is great & another dedicated worker who'sa busy body. A couple others I forgot their names are great as well. It's also clean whenever I stop to check on my unit, so that's a plus.This Facility gets 5 Stars in my opinion.

I always felt safe when I came to the facility and was extremely pleased with the environment. The workers were very nice especially Zully she was very helpful. My storage experience at this facility could not have been better.

I came in today looking for the right unit to rent. A young lady named Vanessa helped me, she was so amazing, answered all of my questions, and helped me find the best unit in my budget. If you need help with a storage place this is the best place ! Ask for Vanessa when you do thank me later !
