I absolutely love this store. I used to take clients here for their unique selections of carpets. Then they expanded to so many different furnishings. It’s super fun to come here. You can always find something nice here.

I made the decision to move from Berlin, Germany to Athens, Greece and set-up an apartment that was unfurnished. Knowing about ABC in NYC and knowing I was going to be there weeks later, I called ABC from Berlin and spoke with Dilek who guided me to buy a rug for the new apartment. I had seen one on the website and told her about it but she said she wanted to show me another one and sent me a picture by email. I LOVED it immediately. SO she gave me a video tour of it and I purchased it because it was part of a Labor Day sale. Luckily, I was going to be in NYC in September prior to its shipping so I stopped by the store to meet Dilek and see the rug. She remembered me immediately from seeing me in the video conference call! She told the boys to roll out the rug because it had not be packed yet and when they did...I teared up! It was so beautiful. SO this was the first purchase for my new apartment. I designed everything around the rug all thanks to Dilek. She is a very special person and has worked at ABC for years...so I am so thankful I got her to help me create my new home! ABC is fabulous and has amazing carpets and furnishings but what they really have is a gracious, caring expert in their top employee...Dilek! Dilek, you are the best and I have you thank for helping me to create my new home in Athens, Greece. Thank you so, so much.

Just a magical place for furniture. Very eclectic, pricing is a little excessive however most items are deserving based on the quality and artistry

Love ABC Carpet & Home! Its flower entrance is spectacular and the selection of furniture, decor and lifestyle pieces is beautiful curated. It's definitively a must go see!

If I could move into a store, this one would be it!!!What a magical place!!! If you need a Christmas gift, or just want to come for some decor inspiration/mood boosting -this is definitely the place!!!! They also have 3 different restaurants downstairs, which I haven't tried yet! #marusikapproved

Yesterday 12/22/23, I went to shop at abc outlet store in Brooklyn, NY.

I had such a wonderful experience, I just wanted to share. Your sales consultant Aydan Sahin was awesome. She was so nice and helpful. Without even mentioning,  she kept the store open later than closing time and gave us water, all for me just to buy 2 pillows. She made my shopping experience special. Upon checking out,  we realized that she had helped me last year buy a couch through which she was just as helpful.
I love abc carpet, I have been a loyal customer for years. I have been frustrated with your customer service in the past. But to see that you care about your employees makes all the difference for an excellent store.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND A VISIT. A gorgeous curated collection of highly feminine clothing, exotic jewelry, and sumptuous gifts and home decor.

Quite pricey but extremely high quality and unusual products. Carries an extensive collection of local hand-made jewelry and designer bedding brands.

Allow yourself at least an hour to browse the store and you can grab a bite at their ABC Cafe as well.

So, along with everyone else, we waited about ten months for our furniture. That being said, the new owners communicates immediately after they bought the business, and our furniture arrived shortly thereafter. Glad we hung in there - couldn’t be happier! Sofa and club chairs perfect!!

I recommend visiting this place. It’s so inspiring and so well curated. You’ll find everything for the home as well as for you, clothing, crystals, face products, sofas, silverware, the best selection of new and vintage rugs, toys for the young ones and more...

I cannot say enough about the customer service with this store. Really just amazingly helpful. Particular kudos to Sarah M., who followed up my question by sending a photo and calling me on the phone. This is why I'm a customer for life!

A wonderland for the senses. It is a giant toy store for adults where you can craft your dream room(s).

ABC is dedicated to their Brand, they don’t waiver. They are different, mystical, spiritual, environmentally conscious, on trend and creative thru and thru. I was so excited to visit them at their brick and mortar location, after following them for over 20 years mostly on line and thru word of mouth. My mother, daughter and I all went shopping at ABC together on my 60th birthday. All three of us are designers, and ABC got all of our creative juices flowing!

Love this store and their selection. If you go, ask for Diego! He is super knowledgeable, patient and fun to work with! Came for one items and left with a houseful!

this place is awesome. plan to spend a few hours just browsing all the different floors & departments. interesting items that you won't find anywhere else. great gift ideas and stuff for everyone, every room in your home. staff is helpful but very busy.

Sadly, the old ABC is gone. The once monolithic store has been reduced to main floor and basement. Was sorely disappointed to see it reduced to this. Mourning loss of a NYC staple, especially jewelry section😭.

ABC Carpet & Home is a must-visit in NYC! You can find just about anything there for your home, all great quality, and often exclusive to ABC!

Where to start? I cannot say enough about Aydan at ABC Home and her whole team. We purchased a Bushwick trundle sofa at the outlet in Industry City, and after two failed delivery attempts went to the store to speak with her about another possible sofa that'd better work for our space. That's when Aydan became superhuman -- she voiced some doubt that the team wasn't able to get up the stairs to our place and insisted on coming back to our apartment with us, measuring it herself, and having her warehouse colleage Mousa meet us there too. Within 4 days the sofa arrived, in one piece, and is total perfection. She even had her colleague Carlos come to make sure everything was brushed and clean from the warehouse. It's not always the most budget friendly but you GET WHAT YOU PAY for. These people are A+ customer service people -- hard to find this kind of support with any big store. Consider us customers for life!
