I had an amazing time as always here. The pricing isn't too bad. The beds, including the pillows, are the most amazing thing I've slept on ever...LoL. The staff are super friendly and really should work in 5 star hotels with the service they provide. The breakfast is either hot or cold, including waffles, which everyone loves. This hotel's location is also close to lots of shopping venues and restaurants in walking distance and close to the EMX and bus transportation. Also has a pool, hot tub, fitness center, business center, laundry room

Rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. The breakfast is really good, and the staff have been amazing. I highly recommend, great place to stay.
Oh and the cookies at the front desk and super yummy ☺

Staff was super accommodating when weather changed our plans! Loved the spacious pet-friendly room, the pool, and the lobby to hang out in.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. My mother is elderly and handicapped. Both times the staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate us. The service is impeccable and everyone is so friendly. The breakfast is amazing! Thank you so very much...we will be back 🤗♥

I love this place. These people are awesome. The place is very clean, spacious rooms, great hot breakfast. King-sized beds! They have a large indoor pool, jacuzzi, and a mini gym. There's restaurants within walking distance and two blocks from the interstate 5 and a shopping mall within three.
This is definitely a place to stay! Did I mention how awesome the staff is?

First and foremost the font desk staff is great. I have stayed here 3 different times this past month with excellent customer service each time. Rooms are clean, spacious and the tv’s are a modern LG, appears to be 50 or 55” which is a huge plus for me since I often bring my ps4 with me on my work trips and these tvs handle modern game graphics well.
Continental breakfast is what you can expect at this price point of hotel, it’s a hot breakfast and everything look appealing.
Pool area currently out of order, the gym has one out of order treadmill, one functional treadmill, bike maxing and a mostly functional weight multi-station machine.
Overall this place is great, especially for its price, I will definitely be returning.

I didn' tstay in a room there but the conference room was clean and quiet and the bathrooms were clean 👌

We stayed for 3 weeks and it was awesome. The spa bath was massive. The bed was comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful and always happy. A special shout out to Tonya. She worked doing breakfast. Nothing was ever too much trouble. She is kind and helpful and always went above and beyond!

I booked a room for 2 weeks for my grandparents during their remodel. Friendly staff, breakfast was good, coffee and lemon water available 24/7. Kids swam in the pool and hot tub during my grandparents stay. Hotel staff, front desk and housekeeping were pleasant.

It's clean and easy access to food department store stuff and right by the freeway

The hotel was in a safe area, with the parking lot fully lit. I didn't feel unsafe going to get my luggage late at night at all. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice, although the scrambled eggs gave me and my sister a little bit of an upset stomach. The front desk was very polite and kind. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Clean, quiet, very well maintained both inside and out. One of my favorite places to stay when I'm looking for a staycation. indoor pool and group jacuzzi area very clean. The staff that I interacted with including the housekeeping and even the maintenance people are very professional and give off the impression that they really care that you have a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

This was a great stay. Very comfortable bed. Clean room with a sweet little note from housekeeping welcoming me. Lots of breakfast choices.

Rooms is to be expected for this kind of inn (Older interior with loud AC, to be fair it's Clean). On the bright side, what I didn't expect is how friendly the staffs are. They're very welcoming and makes you feel good that you choose this inn for your transit stop. Breakfast are also handled nicely by the staff. The guy who checked in my reservation made sure I know about all the amenities and very thoughtful about me travelling long distance with a pet. Overall good experience.

Great hotel, rooms are spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful, including the lady that ran the breakfast in the morning that week.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place & the staff. From moment one I felt welcome & everyone was very friendly. They offer a great quality breakfast each morning & they offer a lot to chose from, not to mention the young ladies who prepared & serve it are as sweet as can be. The hotel staff at the desk are very personable & attentive, Samantha is the best though, she made me feel at home & is truly a joy to talk to. When I walked into my room it was cleaned very well & smelled so nice. The beds were comfortable so I slept very well & I was there for 6 days. I noticed they are pet friendly so next trip my pup will be joining. 😊 This was the best hotel experience I've had in my travels so far, A+ all around!

Fantastic!! Our room is Awesome. Huge. Beds seem very nice. Couch super comfy and the shower was Awesome as well. Great water pressure, nice an hot.all soaps smelled wonderful,clean. Could not be happier. Will update tomorrow after I've had there breakfast")! But I'm loving it so far!") The breakfast was very good. Loved the stay ")

I stay in Springfield regularly for work. This hotel is my go-to. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, the rooms don't smell weird, and the small refrigerator has a freezer. There is also a small kitchen sink. This is very important for packing lunches. I can wash all my stuff and freeze my cold pack overnight. Plenty of towels. There is a pool but I don't like to swim but if I did it's available. The breakfast is included and decent. I make my own arrangements for approved travel and can stay pretty much anywhere I want, so I stay here.

Nice staff with large clean rooms, what more can you ask for? Well, maybe a better rate and a room not close to the ice machines.
