Highly recommend Joseph Conte for any real estate transactions. We have used his services multiple times since 2016 for sale, purchase as well 1031 exchange transactions. Very thorough, goes through every details with us as well as provides his expert advice wherever required. I live in Middlesex county and done transactions in this area so his office is a bit far but definitely worth the drive if you want to have a worry-free closing :)
