My order was partially missing the box was retaped several times. That was a red flag. I did take pictures of the box before I opened it, yes , there was half my order missing. I called immediately to explain the situation. Customer service at LL Bean was fantastic. I am very pleased haw they handled my situation and would give them 5 stars. Very happy with them.

came in with my pup after doing some quick google research finding out that yes i can bring her in, awesome experience and everyone adored her, will definitely be coming back even if its just to have a quick little walk around the store 😂
( side note: i will add that as dog owners, please always keep in mind to make sure your pup / dog is ready for store trips, there will be other ppl, kids, dogs possibly and one wrong incident may ruin it for others, accidents obviously may happen but a well behaved doggo reflects on you as the owner 9 times out of 10 🙂 )

Nice store within Paramus Park mall. No tax, although it’s closed on Sunday’s like the rest of Bergen County.

My thoughts on LL Bean are amazing!!! I used to work at LL Bean as a group internship at Springboard in Paramus. I used to fold clothing with a folder, fix the tags on the sweaters, winter jackets, jeans, khakis, and hoodies. The staff at LL Bean were very nice to me. Sometimes, I go window shopping at LL Bean to check out men's clothing and khakis. LL Bean is a great clothing store to have a job and buy your clothes for your family since 1912.

Staff very helpful & personable! Got a bit of a discount which was terrific! Good selection of merchandise

Easy return from catalog shopping. Also purchase men's bathrobe which was 5 steps above what Macy's was selling.

Love the quality of clothing. You get what you pay for. Lots of good deals

I am so glad there’s a branch near my house! I love and wear a lot of LL Bean products. Their items are well made for the outdoors and haven’t been disappointed with them. I have a couple of boots that I have been extensively using during cold months for over 10 years and most of what I bought was online.

Now that this store opened, I can check things out before I buy and cut down unnecessary returns. Staff are awesome too! They know their stuff!

I like this store. Its not cheap. But found some good deals. If you like camping or hiking you should visit this store.

This was a beautifully kept store. Staff helpful and friendly. Merchandise immaculately presented. We found several sale items as well as a really nice tee shirt. Highly recommend.

I was able to locate a jacket in a size that wasn’t available anywhere else. They held it for me. I went into the store. And everyone was helpful Vivian was very nice and on top of the products in her section and directed me to Collin. Collin took the time to go over measurements with me. He went out of his way, even had his tape measure ready. Customer service in this store is the best I ever had. Even the cashier, shorter guy with a pony tail was very friendly. And they disinfect after every customer even if they touched a surface or not. Big selection very clean. Couldn’t be happier!

Vivian is an amazing woman. Extremely helpful and patient. The workers at the counter are very helpful as well especially Dawn. A great place. And now Eric is being extremely helpful in the shoe department and all of these experiences in chain stores is unexpected. It’s my first time at L.L. Bean but it won’t be my last.

Great customer service. Very friendly staff. I went shopping for hiking shoes on Saturday afternoon, they didn't have my size in the shoe I liked best so they ordered it for me and said it would arrive on Wednesday, and it came Tuesday! A whole day early! David from the shoe department was very helpful and nice, as well as Beth the cashier. So far the shoes are a perfect fit.

The store isn't super big (mostly clothing), but they are very friendly and helpful. They will order anything from their catalog and have it shipped to your home if they do not have it in stock. Additionally, they do really nice events in the store and on the outdoor adventures.
