Their staff(Vanessa, Lea, Idania) is caring, flexible, accommodating and helpful. I have been visiting them for few years now and I strongly recommend them.

I have been undergoing CO2 laser sessions along with other services with Cynthia. She is absolutely amazing in terms of professionalism, communication, and the way she executes her services. I felt very comfortable expressing my needs and concerns with her and she does a very good job in explaining all options and approaches in how to tackle them. I genuinely feel that she has her clients’ best interest at heart when it comes to providing services for them regarding their skin concerns. I have seen huge progress in my skin since I started my skin journey with her. 10/10 would recommend seeing her!

I scheduled my CO2 appointment with Vanessa she was lovely! Before the C02 laser Sandra numbed my face and explained what to expect. I met the doctor and Cynthia was my nurse she was fantastic the overall procedure was pain free and my experience was fantastic, the team knows what they are doing and reassured me I will be happy with my the results. I highly recommend the spa I will definitely be back for another CO2 laser and other services.

Cloud La Med Spa has been an amazing experience. They have a lovely warm welcome and their staff is incredible. I was in for microneedling with Idania and she is FANTASTIC. She is gentle and has great recommendations and tips and makes you feel extremely comforted throughout the service. I will be returning in 2 weeks!

Great customer service from the staff. Special mention to Cynthia for the game changing CO2 with PRP facial. That was the best facial I received that significantly improved the boxcar and ice pick scars of my face. The scars are less deep, aka "the holes". I recommend doing nothing other than CO2 with PRP to treat old acne scars. The skin on my face is tighter and I received numerous compliments for my face after the CO2 with PRP that I never received before in my entire life. Cynthia is a game changer and I highly recommend going to Cloud La Med Spa to see her for CO2 treatments with PRP.

I’ve been coming to see Dr. Elkahalili for a long time now. I did three sessions of PRP and a Co2 laser for my face. I love my results and would highly recommend him. Everything was explained step by step along with Cynthia the nurse who was wonderful. Great staff and clean office.

There first time I came here was on Friday. Let me tell you they gained a client. I had lip fillers done. The lady was so nice and gentle I didn’t even tear. I usually shed a tear or 2 but it was amazing worth every penny. This was the same day a little swollen but I love them. I don’t want the swelling to go down lol I’ll Deff be coming back

I have been coming here for a few years now for Botox & Facials and I can’t say enough good things about this place. Not only is the decor and vibe inviting, yet peaceful…but the staff is extremely respectful and kind. They offer competitive pricing on Botox and Dr. Elkhalili does a fantastic job- results are always consistent and I never leave disappointed.
