Got an oil change. They did it in a timely fashion. Reasonably priced. Customer service was good. Employees were very friendly. Would definitely come back

This place is a true gem. I’ve been searching for a go to mechanic for my Porsche macan and I have found it here. They were able to spot issues that I didn’t even know where there and caught some major flubs from the previous mechanic.

They were knowledgeable, transparent, and the customer service aspect was top notch. All things I highly value and will gladly return. Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable in an area that I have not much knowledge in.

In the fall, my tire pressure sensor went off and I have a one year old to keep safe, so I called the Firestone down the block to see if they could quickly check it; they were so rude I’d never go back. That led me to this Meineke … they took me immediately and patched my tire for free while the baby played in the waiting room… they were so kind. I knew I needed new tires soon and there’s no where else I would’ve gone. They’re nice, efficient, flexible… and they don’t mind my toddler. Deshaun (sp?) was very helpful and patient.

I have been going to Meineke for a while now. The customer service from Mike is ABOVE AND BEYOND!! he explains EVERYTHING!!! and assure you that your car is in good hands. He doesn't just service to take your money, he's very honest. Not only do he take care of the car he takes care of the customer as well. He makes you feel comfortable just being in the presence of the shop. As long as he's present I'll continue giving Meineke my business!!!

God bless my name is RC. Having workers like Mike and Polley is a blessing for the Hawthorne shop. Not only did i work there for seven years,but seeing workers that I know gives me trust. Meineke is where I take both of my cars for repairs.

I highly recommend this location. Mike is the guy to see very professional and personable. This shop is honest and fair.

Couldn’t have asked for better service. We had a break emergency before starting our trip to florida and Mike got my car in and parts within minutes. Paulie and Louie took amazing care of my car making sure it was safe to drive. Thanks again to Mike for getting us in and out with such great service. 5 stars for this Meineke.

Mike is the man and there's a great team there. Quick scheduling and they actually work on your car fast instead of letting it sit for a few days like other places I've gone. Ive gone many times and aleaks had my car back the same day if dropped off in the morning unless they are waiting for a part. 2 days was the longest I've had it there where other places had it for 2 weeks for similar problems

Very appreciative of the efficient and hospitable and experience I received today on behalf of Mr. Pietroni and the Meineke team. The grace and understanding aspects of customer service when it comes to transparency but especially car transparency in today's climate are rarities. Today however, was a lovely reminder that they still exist.

Came today with a car issue, they took care of it promptly and I was in and out in 15 minutes! Can’t beat that kind of auto care!

Took my car in for service today. The manager Mike was so courteous, honest and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had my front brakes replaced and oil changed. I feel I was given a fair price for both. Would definitely recommend.
