I absolutely love Dr. Jones! I’ve been his patient for awhile and he always listens to my concerns. He’s always thorough and has great bedside manners. He makes me feel comfortable with talking with him about my health concerns. I hated to hear of him leaving the Jeffersonville location but have decided to continue care with him at the Crestwood location. Yea, it’s a bit further to drive, but the care, passion, and professionalism is well worth it! Highly Recommended!

He's takes time w his patients

He made it very easy to get refills on my inhaler and diabetic test strips, but dismissed important medical concerns I brought up. I know I have an umbilical hernia, or SOMETHING abnormal in my abdomen, as when I bend the wrong way it feels like something inside my belly "pops" out of place and it's very painful and I have to bend in 20 different directions to try to get it to "pop" back in to where it should be. He scheduled an ultrasound, but said he didn't find anything and brushed it off. I just don't understand how that's possible because obviously, that's not normal. I see a new doctor at Norton's tomorrow since Dr. Jones moved to Crestwood, KY. Curious to see what she has to say...

I first met dr Jones because my other primary care doctor which I loved left the practice and nortons. He got good reviews so I gave him a chance. The office staff was “ok” nothing that wowed me. Dr Jones seems like a nice guy but you could tell he was overwhelmed. His personality was fine. He ordered all necessary tests and was pretty thorough. The only thing I didn’t like was it took 2 my chart messages and 2 calls to get any response from him to answer some follow up questions. I was told he received it but hadn’t responded.That’s kinda of disheartening. He also made it seem like I was forcing my husband to get a procedure he was getting , which wasn’t the case. Overall I think he generally cares, but seems overworked maybe due to covid and case load and unfortunately caused me to look elsewhere.

In my experience, Dr. Jones doesn't have a good bedside manner. In none of my several visits with him did it seem like he was listening to my concerns. He doesn't communicate with me, at all, and while he's been good about ordering routine tests for me, it isn't enough when he also doesn't tell me that I've been scheduled for said tests.

If those were my only complaints, I could forgive his behavior. Maybe he's neurodivergent. However, he gets one star from me because when I reviewed his exam notes from my last visit, he reported that he performed exams that he definitely did not perform. Furthermore, he told me that my lab results were fine and there was no indication of disease when that's categorically untrue. I wound up going to the ER to answer a question he couldn't be bothered to answer, where I learned that I have stage 1 liver disease, a new hernia, and problematic kidney function tests. He also disregarded previous lab work when I explained to him that I'd been diagnosed with multiple endocrine conditions. I'm extremely disappointed in his performance as a physician and absolutely cannot recommend him to anyone.

Oh yeah, the real kicker is that he once NODDED OFF in front of me during a morning appointment. It's hard to have faith in someone's ability to process what I'm telling them when they can't even keep their eyes open.

Horrible service! I waited for 3 hours, for 5 minutes of service, to get a strep test and subsequently I was forced into a Covid test that I didn't want. The visit ended up costing me $200 (after insurance) + an $115 in lab service bill. I highly recommend going somewhere else, the call service for Norton is extremely unhelpful and rude as well. There is nothing like trying to explain yourself to someone and them immediately becoming defensive without hearing your side of the story. 0 out of 10, don't go to Norton.
